Answer:	I don’t know what current they use in Mexico. This cannot be used in Europe since it cannot be switched to their current and their instructions say not to use an adapter with the machine. But if Mexico is on the same current as US are 110 or 220 I don’t know which that is it will work there

Answer:	This was a gift for may son; 110 I am sure, not sure if it accepts 220.

Answer:	The hose does not even get very warm to the touch. I find that to be a real bonus with this model.As for the power cord, I haven't found a place on it to wrap it.

Answer:	Try taking the hose off and flexing it in all directions bending back and forth for a while, this will help loosen it up. Re-attach it and let the steam warm it up. This should really help plus the more you use it the more flexible it will become. Just be patient and it will work great. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I think it's about 1/4" thick. I left the older padding on the board, so it's nice and thick. The silicone coating is very smooth and the iron glides over it easily. I have some metal ironing board hooks that grab the cover from underneath, so cut off the white straps. It now fits very tight.

Water Tank Filling Instructions

1. Pull down the water tank dis assembly button and remove the water tank.

2. Open the nozzle cover and add tap water or pure water to ensure that at least one third of the water in the tank. Does not exceed the maximum water level.

3. Put it back into the water tank.

Kindly Note

Beware of hot steam and very few drops of water that comes out from steamer nozzle during use. This is a normal phenomenon, because the machine just starts to have a little water droplets, if it is use before, plug in the power supply, turn on switch, don’t use,preheat for 30 seconds, then use, there is no water drops!
