Answer:	It is not real shiny it is pretty, it should fit your window. It will not hang all the way down the window.

Answer:	It is hard to judge due to the fact that the amount that you scrunch could greatly vary depending on how many you put together in however long your space happens to be. For my small bedroom window about 2 1/2 ft long it would take 3 set to achieve the effect in the photo, I only used 1 and made the rest of my window treatment my self with several other shades of blue. If I fully scrunched 1 valance to about 6 Inches across I think it would be about 1foot long, maybe a bit longer

Answer:	Definitely not 98%, but for as lightweight as they are, they block more light than I expected -- maybe 70-75%? They do have a liner, which probably helps. But even without the true blackout, they are still nice curtains. I'm happy with them.

Answer:	No black. More of a light and dark "ghosted greens" and silvery effect (there's more green than silver). The back lining is silver to keep away a great deal of light but it's not 100% dark.All in all is a beautiful design: not too feminine more like something you find at a spa.
