Answer:	The pressure is your household water pressure. There is no adjustment on the rinser. My isn't easy to push down, but it isn't difficult, either. If it is working otherwise, maybe you should exchange it for another one in case the one you got is damaged.

The Delta Faucet model 4380-SD-DST Single Handle Kitchen Faucet With Spray And Soap Dispenser can be flushed and the cartridge can be replaced using the below instructions: To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. To replace the cartridge, start by loosening the set screw from the handle with a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen wrench. Then pull the handle off and unthread the sleeve assembly from the valve. Following removal of the sleeve, use a strap wrench to loosen the bonnet nut, then fully unthread it from the valve using your hand.
