Answer:	I too have this rug and it came with horrible creases. For 2 months I’ve had extremely heavy objects on it. This didn’t solve the problem. It also does not lay completely flat...lots of bumps, etc. I have a gorilla brand rug mat underneath for easy vacuuming and cushioning. I’ve read other reviews about steaming and how it will shrink and misshape the rug so I haven’t done that. I spoke with Amazon customer service and they’re replacing it without me having to return the defective item thankfully. This is an Amazon/manufacturer issue...customer shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced.

Question:	can you leave this half way up
Answer:	Not without doing some DIY modifications.When it’s untied it hangs all the way down to full length, or you use the fabric strips with velcro on the ends to hold it up once you fold or roll up the length of the fabric. You’d have to see on some additional fabric strips to make those Velcro’s loops bigger to hold the blind half way up.
Question:	Is their a video on how to install this curtain
Answer:	All you need are in package. This curtains are self sticky curtains, and you can use the velcro straps to hang the curtains.
Question:	Does the fabric appear wrinkled or do the fold lines show when letting them down
Answer:	It doesn’t appear wrinkled at all regardless of how long they rolled up - I’ve had them rolled for days at a time. I love these!
Question:	Can I shorten the length? I’m thinking we cut and re-hem it.. We have a 24 in window on our door
Answer:	If you got the skills to cut and hem that certainly can be done. It will not be as "full" looking when in the open position but it will work just fine.

Question:	what size rod can you use with these? I have a 2 inch round wooden rod-- is that too big
Answer:	I don't believe a 2 inch rod will fit. Probably 1 inch would fit. These curtains are so very light in weight. I only used a 7/16 inch rod.

Answer:	I consider them white. The picture is pretty true to color.

Answer:	the pocket itself is 2.5 inches with a 1.5 inch piece that sticks up above the pocket
