Answer:	I've only has this on 2 bathroom windows for a few months (new jersey) so I can't really speak for extreme weather yet. I'm very happy with the product and at the price you absolutely can't go wrong. Worst case is you can just peel off and try something else. I feel that in extreme weather conditions that it would hold up well.

Answer:	No, you can not see outside this film. You will not be able to look out and determine if it's raining or snowing because you absolutely can not see out or through the film. The pattern or design of the film gives the illusion of mini-blinds but it is 100% opaque and you can not see in or out. During the day, I have 100% privacy. At night, when my lights are on, from the outside, you can see my lights are on but you can not see anything else beyond that. From the inside or outside, you can not see any details. Answer:	Andrea, presuming that you want the blinds to sit between the window frames (and not outside/in front of the window frames), then you should measure the across width - between - the right and left frames. This will be the width that you'll need, so if it measures 35 inches across, then you should buy the 35" wide size. P.S. Make sure to measure across on the top and on the bottom, because sometimes these measurements can vary -- especially with old wooden window frames. If the top is narrower than the bottom, go by the top measurement (or consider mounting outside, i.e. in front of frame). If the bottom is narrower by less than 1/2 inch, then you will be ok since the blinds' slat width is usually 1/2 inch narrower than blinds' frame/housing width. Answer:	You could install the brackets in 1/4 inch on each side and they'd work. Can put brackets inside window frame (that's what I do) or if you ordered longer could put brackets on outside of window frame. Hope this helps
Question:	What color is the liner? It will be very visible from the street so I am curious

Oh, they try, but what these domesticated animals don't understand is that the people at Achim Home furnishings prepared for these attempts and have built these blinds accordingly. The only way these pets are going to get through these blinds is if they take/use the proper channels, just like everyone else.

Answer:	If you measured the actual window frame, you should order a 36" because the actual shade the send you will be 35 and a half inches.
Question:	Are these blinds installed using box end brackets
Answer:	NO they are not. They are some completely different mechanism to hang. You have to either mount them to the ceiling of your window frame, or to the wall on either side of the window frame! I have yet to figure out how the heck this thing works. The blinds do NOT fit standard box end brackets like most miniblinds.

How to peel the backing protection film off after cutting?

Method 1: Make sure you use the pull tab already on the product.

Method 2: Put a piece of tape on both sides of the film and the backing and pull on those.

Method 3: Try poking at the edge with a knife or sharp pin gently.

Installation Instructions:

● Please follow the instructions to apply the privacy window film, it's the easiest way to do it.

Recommended Tools: Squeegee, Spray Bottle, Measuring Tape, Stainless Steel Ruler, Scraper(Credit Card), Lint Free Towel.

Step 1: Clean Your Windows - Use a squeegee to clean the windows, make sure your windows are thouroughly cleaned.

Step 2: Measure Window's Size and Cut Film - Cut the film 1 inch longer and wider than window.

Step 3: Remove Protective Liner and Spray Soapy Water - Spray your film with soapy water, during the film separation process.

Step 4: Wet the Window Well with a lot of Soapy Water.

Step 5: Apply the Film Against Glass - Make sure you spray both the window and the film with enough soapy water before applying it.

Step 6: Squeegee Out All Bubbles - Spray a bit of soapy water on the window film, the soapy water helps the squeegee slide easier.

Use a solid squeeze to apply film and eliminate bubbles, from center to end.

Step 7: Cut Off Excessive Film.

Step 8: Seal & Dry - Spray over applied film again, wipe with a lint free towel.

Some Warm Tips:

1. The window film can only suitable for flat, smooth and clean glass. Most important is to make sure that your window is thoroughly clean, every little speck of dirt may create a bubble.

2. Do not pull the backing off the window film until you are absolutely ready to use the film. Dust may cause the film difficult to stick. As you peel the backing off, do so smoothly and slowly as to not cause any creases. Bubbles you can get out, creases you may can not.
