I posted a pic on one of my answers that showed dimensions but for some reason that is not showing up for me to do here. The Slot that that would slide over the steering box shaft is 1-1/4 inch, the widest part of the inside is 2-1/4 inch and that would be the part that goes over the eye of the pitman arm but remember it tapers. The inside length is 2-15/16 inch. You might try to find a picture of the actually factory tool for your Ram 3500 and see how they compare.
