Answer:	These complaints are less than 2% of the amount shipped daily. Hundreds of vases arrive perfectly intact every day. Unfortunately, only the customers that receive them broken take the time to come back here and complain. These vases are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a shock resistant box. Nevertheless, they can break occasionally when mishandled by the delivery carrier.

Non was broken but I thought it was a little pricey because you can buy these same vases from the Dollar store. You can get twice as many vases from the dollar store for about the same price as these.

Answer:	I checked back into my files and we used 3 in White Richland Floating Candles sold by Quick Candles in them and there wasn't a lot of space left around them when we put the candles in them so they are either 3 or 3 1/2 in diameter but really don't think they were 4 in.

Answer:	I agree with the 6mm estimated thickness but my vase seems to be consistent throughout its 50cm length. It's surprisingly light in weight--I wondered if it was acrylic but it's glass--which is not a bad thing when 2/3 full of water with perhaps some beach pebbles. It's sold as a vase so I would hesitate to use water hotter than tap-hot. In fact depending on the temp of the glass (freshly brought upstairs from the cold room?) and the speed with which it is filled with 60°C water, it could well shatter.

Question:	Is there any branding on the bottom of the cylinder
Answer:	I don’t think this product is weight sensitive. Although I haven’t used it as a cake stand, I do believe it could be used as one. Very sturdy. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can these hold boiling water? 212f? thanks! or would the acrylic enter the water at that point
Answer:	They’re small. Dimensions listed are accurate.
Question:	Is this procduct sensitive to weight? I want to decorate it to use as a cake stand base. It says it doesn't shatter but will weight on top break it
Answer:	I’ve never tried dipping them myself but I’ve seen it done on Pinterest. I would try a practice run just to be sure it works and the color doesn’t run in the water-unless you don’t care if the water turns a color. Or I guess you could color the water if that’s an option for whatever look you’re going for.

Answer:	The diameter is 3.25". We have either 3" Floating Candles or 3" diameter Pillar Candles of varying heights that will fit these.

Answer:	Clear glass, no tint to them.
Question:	What is the width of the Eastland glass cylinder candles? Do you have white candles to fit in the various sizes
Answer:	Yes there is but no color. Just a blind embossed. It says Royal Imports. Have to be in right light to read. It will not show at all when sitting in table.
Question:	Are these clear glass or do they have a grey tint
Answer:	I would not put boiling water in it. It would very probably crack

Answer:	No, they are too narrow for a pinecone
