Question:	Can you use a pump sprayer for application
Answer:	I've never applied it that way. Brushing or using a pad is how I've applied it and this color turns out beautiful.
Question:	Would this work to finish a picnic table
Answer:	It will work fine as long as the lumber is dry and treated lumber is sometimes not very dry. I would put 3-4 coats on it because it soaks in quickly. If it sits in the sun, it will require re painting each year most likely.
Question:	How much coverage per gallon
Answer:	If the wood is dry particularly if it is in the sun a lot then it takes much more waterseal. I painted a fence and a deck and it took 26 gallons. I would guess the fence is 400 feet total and the deck is 24 x 24 feet. The deck had already received 8 coats of waterseal over an 8 year period and it is covered. It took much more than I expected. In fact, I had guessed it would take about 15 gallons. I must say, however, I was very pleased with the outcome both in color and durability. I will use it again.
Question:	How u apply on deck post ? Shake well before using ? How many coat needs ? I used one coat , but seems watery, next day check found not wa proof
Answer:	I had mine brushed on..A lot depends on how dried out/cracked open the wood is, as to how far in it will soak. It is watery/thin that does help for it to soak in more. It may require more than one coat.

Question:	How does this brush compare to Deck Boos by perdura
Answer:	I don't know how it compares, other than price. However, I had never stained a deck before, and I made this purchase blindly. I was well pleased with this purchase. Just screwed onto my mop handle, the coverage was great and easily done. A cleaning comb was provided, and I used a Bahr stain product. The brush cleaned with surprising ease, and I was amazed that it was in pristine condition after cleanup and I put it back in the box in the same shape that it came out. You won't go wrong in buying this thing. I will undoubtedly use it again when I do a back deck.

Answer:	I don’t see why this wouldn’t work with thicker paints or stains. I have stained my deck with several different methods, and this brush is by far the best. I would suggest using a heavy duty extension that doesn’t have any bend or give to it. Good luck!

Question:	This stain took 20 hours before it was dry enough for another coat. What do I need to do so that it only takes a few hours bwn coats, as advertised
Answer:	It works better to sprinkle the antiskid on the wet epoxy surface rather than mix it. Mixing it results in a less skid-resistant surface, and in my experience is less consistent. The anti-skid is very fine, so practice "dusting" on some cardboard before applying it to the epoxy.
Question:	Do you have to wipe off after brushing or can you leave on to try
Answer:	This product is worthless. It is like powdered sugar and it will not help at all. An epoxy painted floor will be slick when wet. If you want to make it not slip, use clean masonry sand mixed into the paint.

Answer:	I bought 2 gallons of light oak about a month ago. Look again or call the company.

Answer:	depends. cover says 100 - 150 sq ft per gallon. I used 7.5 gallons on about 600sq ft of deck and barely had enough, that was 2 coats. 1st coat sucked up a lot, 2nd coat went a lot farther

Answer:	I live at 9000 ft. in the mountains- .wind, rain, snow, UV. I try to touch up every 2-3 years.

Answer:	Look at our Nano and Multi -Surface Concentrate. Clear will allow the wood to grey naturally.
Question:	Can this product be sprayed
Answer:	Apply first coat with a synthetic brush; pump-up garden sprayer; air-assisted; and/or airless sprayer. Use 15-17 tip and medium to coarse spray pattern. When spraying, always back brush for best results. Second coat can be applied once first coat has penetrated but is still damp. Second coat must be applied within one hour of applying first coat.

Answer:	Yeah you can leave it on to try or wipe it for a lighter finish. The longer you leave it on the farther it penetrates.

Answer:	Cleaning the floor should not be a problem at all, I also used 2x as much as they recommended and it has held up well for the last 2 years
Question:	How much sq ft. does one bottle cover
Answer:	They are like very small glass beads. I would have no problem adding them to clear epoxy. My wife is handicap and falls very easily. This additive is ADA approve and I have used this product. For such a small amount one package per gallon provide great anti-skid application. With that said your floor will be harder to clean (it well feel rough) but the plus as a user, you will not have to worry about slipping when the floor is wet or dry. In addition to installing handrails through out our house, I covered all our floors with a durable epoxy with this product added. I purchased a hover tile and floor scrubber ($100) that does a great job cleaning. These little beads has greatly improved my wife's mobility in our home.

Question:	do i need to thin the paint or will it work with out thining it down
Answer:	Instructions do come with the roller and are easy to follow. It takes up to 1/2 hour to clean after painting to get it completely clean and use again and again. We are using it to paint a number of rooms with very different colors. The time and mess it saves while painting is worth the clean up at the end. Cleaning regular paint supplies and getting them completely clean to use again also takes time.
Question:	Can i paint a car with this
Answer:	Yes, there's a plastic guard that covers about half the roller. It easily pops on and off.
Question:	Has anyone used this to paint kitchen cabinets? If so, how did this paint gun work out
Answer:	I am still looking at them, but have been painting for years. A good trick for quick and easy cleaning: A lot of wall paints are oil soluble, not water soluble. So, use vegetable oil to clean the roller. Then hot soapy water to remove the vegetable oil. Unless you buy a roller cleaner, of course. But veggie oil is my secret weapon against paint covered equipment. (Also helps remove it easily from carpet. Dilute the paint in veggie oil and then run a shampooer over it. Before it dries, of course.)
Question:	Two questions 1. Can I use this for base boards and 2. If filled with paint how big of a wall could you spray at once
Answer:	Yes. You may reuse the roller cover as the core is hard plastic with holes in it - this allows for the self loading feature. I saw replacement covers at our local Lowes hardware store but you can get through Amazon like I did. I would suggest that a roller cleaning tool would be a good purchase. Home Right has a trick roller cleaner that you hook on your faucet that rinses the roller pretty easily. The nap length is rather short - probably 3/8".

Answer:	it is a 2 part mix the stain and water . the ratio is on the bottle. I used a spray bottle I picked up from dollar store. I let the stain dry for recommended time then I sealed. hope this helps

Answer:	Yes, it is a very caustic acid that is consider a hazardous material which equals $$ shipping.

Answer:	It depends on if you dilute it or not. One four OZ bottle is enough for a coulter top but get a gallon if you are doing a floor. Bit of a learning curve. Watch all the utube you can before applying.

Question:	Does this slip on hardwood
Answer:	They need to fit INSIDE the metal rings. It cab be a tight fit. Position the glide exactly level in the metal receiving cup on the chair or table and tap firmly with a rubber mallet. Not too hard, as the glide will crack, but not too softly. Once the first one is in you will have the feel for how to do it.
Question:	Do these slip on the floor easily
Answer:	If the chair leg has a place to hold these, yes, they would work great on tile. I used a rubber mallet to get the protectors on the chair legs.

Question:	Is a clear top coat required for durability
Answer:	I don't know because I have it on my back deck which is painted with a gritty type paint to keep from slipping. It stays in one place all summer long with n slipping.
Question:	Can i put this over another gel stain
Answer:	The rug is made of thick plastic thread. So for a slippery floor, the rug will slide. I use it outdoors on concrete. The rug sticks on that very well. You can always use a non slip rubber mat that will work.
Question:	Is this just the gel stain or the kit
Answer:	I used them on two different sets. They tap right into the foot of the chair/table. I used a rubber mallet and did not need any glue. They work great!!
Question:	Can I use this on a boat deck
Answer:	Not sure. It would have to have the correct size legs. Also, if the surface of the porch is smooth, the swing may scoot when in motion.

Question:	What is the warranty on this
Answer:	I don't believe there is any warranty. We applied it two years ago and the covered areas still look good. The section in direct Sun...needs to have it applied again.
Question:	How long can the product be stored once the container is opened
Answer:	We actually used some that we had stored in our garage that was left over from the last time we stained our siding and that was in the summer of 2012, 6 yrs ago. When we removed the lid, it looked like it had become a gel but my husband used a drill with a paint mixer/stirrer tool and it became liquefied again. We applied it to the siding without incident and the color matched the new 5 gallon containers we bought this summer .
Question:	I have 275 ft of fence plus a gate- what's the coverage with using a sprayer
Answer:	I’m in the process of staining my fence (I am using a different brand) with a semi-transparent stain. I have 187’ of fence at 5’ high including 2 gates. Applied with a roller and brush, I’m going to need around 13 gallons. My recommendation is rent a sprayer from Home Depot. You’ll save time and money as you’ll use less product and it will go much much faster.
Question:	we have a heavy dining set and i am worried about scratches after i stain, how does it hold up to heavy chairs moving back and forth
Answer:	I have a deck/patio furniture set, including a cast iron umbrella base. Lots of use over the last year with no evidence of scratches in the deck. The stain penetrates the wood rather than building a barrier so dragging stuff across the boards won't take it off provided the wood is properly prepared.

Question:	Will this peel, flake off after 2 - 3 years
Answer:	I don’t know, I just completed my application to my decking and wood fence about 6 months ago and so far they both look great. I don’t think this product will flake or peel off because is a stain but I think is best if you contact the manufacturer and see what they will advise you. So far under the Phoenix Sun I can see a little fading but I will reapply again in about a year or so. Thanks for the question, Jorge
Question:	Can anyone share what their decks looked like one year later using this product
Answer:	I‘ve used this stain for many years on my decks. I’ve restained the horizontal surfaces every other year, the vertical surfaces every 5 years. I just completely stripped old twp stain off of my deck this spring and stained it in May with one coat of Ready Seal. I thought I probably needed two coats since it was the first staining of a clean deck, but waited to see. It faded quite a bit (not surprised) and I added a second coat earlier today. Based on past experience, I expect this to hold its color well for a couple of years, then I’ll hose it off (not powerwash) and add another coat on the horizontal surfaces in 2 years, and I’ll do the same on the vertical surfaces in about 5 years.
Question:	can this be used on wooden playsets/swingsets? Is it non-toxic
Answer:	It's used on decks quite a bit and I'm not aware of anybody ever having an issue. It's on my deck and more than one child has crawled around on that without growing a third eye.
Question:	Can someone who purchased the light oak or golden pine color upload a photo to see how it turned out, please? also, the longevity on a fence? thanks
Answer:	Check out pics on the Ready Seal website. Color varies based on wood type. I’m not sure about longevity on a fence, I’ve only used it in decks. With decks I’ve found that after getting the original staining established (two coats for decks in my experience), it lasts for about two years, then I hose it off (not powerwash) and add another coat to the horizontal surfaces. I do the same on the vertical surfaces about once every 5 years.
