Answer:	Soft. Great product. Very professional presentation!
Question:	How do the clear bags fit into the assembly process? Between the backing and frame
Answer:	You need to put your picture in the mat and attach the backing. then, put the whole thing in the cellophane envelope to protect it from fingerprints, etc.
Question:	What are the outer dimensions as i need to order a zip type bag to put these in please? zip type is required by contest
Answer:	The outer dimension of these mats are 5x7 as the are listed.
Question:	Do you have to glue a photo to the backing or can you assemble these and use them as a frame without permanently attaching a photo to backing
Answer:	The photo needs to be secured to the frame. I use double faced tape. Then I attach the frame with picture to the backer board using double face tape around the outside of the mat board. I have taken them apart but it causes some damage. The key is to use narrow tape around frames picture opening and thicker tape around the outside of the board. The final product can be put in a display frame or simply displayed as is. I put all my matted pictures in a protective plastic cover.

Answer:	The back insert for the frame has a hook on both side and top that you can just bend and hang picture from. I am not sure where you got the "easy hang technology", cause there is really no technology at all, just an attached hook as I described. Also on this back insert are easy to work "hooks" that you press and move to attach insert to frame. I found this frame very easy to fill with a picture and hang. Good luck.
