Answer:	Plastic. Which is not the problem the whole frame is the issue. These are awful - do not buy, just go to Michaels and buy a frame that is put together

Answer:	I really don't think these would work. They are VERY thin as they are used for posters/poster paper. I'm sorry I can't be certain, but I definitely would not buy this for displaying something that thick. You might want to try a thinner shadowbox frame or something with matting as it may better suit your need. These are great for Posters, but are very fragile and the plastic facing tends to crack and the outer frame pieces come apart very easily. Good luck.

Question:	i purchased two of these 6 pack of frames. I just received two boxes with only 3 frames in each box. How do i contact the seller
Answer:	It looks like only three when you open the box but then you see that there are two packaged together into three groups.

Answer:	It has the clear plexie glass. How else would a paper poster stay in the frame without something holding it in, lol.

Answer:	They a flat...they packed in hard Styrofoam and boxed, which is rather large. Warning...when I ordered these, it appeared the box had been dropped on the corner braking all of the frames.
Question:	How thick of a picture can you put into this frame
Answer:	You place the picture on top of a cardboard backing that holds it in. I suppose you could remove the cardboard if your picture is the same thickness? The cardboard is about 1/8 in thick. Unless you're doing that I wouldn't go thicker than card stock, which might be pushing it.

Answer:	Yes it does have a front cover. When your print is framed, it looks very, ver nice. Depending on the size of you print, you may need totrim the bottom or the sides a little bit.
Question:	Can this hold a 22x30 piece? Looking to display some hand-drafted drawings from architecture school
Answer:	I wouldn't waste your money on these frames .... Poor quality and almost impossible to slide the frame pieces on without splitting the cardboard. I returned mine and fortunately they gave me no issues when I returned them.
Question:	How thick can the poster be that you put in the frame? I want to hang a jigsaw puzzle. Would it be too thick to fit in the frame
Answer:	I think it would probably fit but it might be a little snug, causing the frame to bend. I would remove the cardboard and use the puzzle backing around the framework.
Question:	Is the clear plastic thick like plexiglass or a thin, flimsy plastic film
Answer:	The plastic on mine is .030 thick , approximately 1/32 of an inch. Hope that helps.

Answer:	You can take the picture that comes with the frame and turn it over. It is plain white and can be used as a matte. Or you can just buy black poster board or something and use that. The frame is very nice.

Answer:	No measures to protect the surface. When I received these frames, they were packed well in a cardboard box with styrofoam and celephane. However, I ended up having to return them because when I tried to put one of my 18 x 24 puzzles in the first frame, the puzzle buckled. It turned out that my puzzle was a little over 1/16th of an inch too large even though the puzzle box said it was an 18" x 24". So now I'm thinking about a different type of mounting for each puzzle for my husband's man-cave.

Answer:	Gently bend them back. They are sturdy but will still bend. I found using a tool to get them started helped.

Answer:	The puzzle box said 18 x 24 so this is what I ordered. The puzzle fit perfectly. So yes it fits an 18 x 24 jigsaw puzzle.

Answer:	i was able to fit a matboard And a puzzle both into it, and the matboard was solid, I never cut an insert out. But they're already framed so I don't have an exact calculation for you.
