Answer:	Im not sure what you mean by " turn on" but to LIGHT THE SAGE. Hold the sage at a 45 degree angle and let it burn for about 20 seconds. then gently blow it out and let it smoke. You can gently fan the smoke with your hand or a feather

• If your sage bundle is tightly wrapped: Untie it a little bit and pull it apart for much easier burning.
• If you sage bundle is a little loosely wrapped: Do not untie or pull apart the bundle - it should burn just fine after it has a good ember.
• If you only want to burn a little bit at a time, break off a few chunks and burn them inside your Abalone shell or smudge bowl.
• Be careful & use caution - Always open a window (at least a little bit) to make sure smoke doesn't build up to much.
• Never run water on to your sage, unless it is an emergency (please use caution). To put out your Sage, you can rub the embers out in your shell/bowl or simply let the embers burn out on their own within a couple of minutes. Make sure there is no moving air in the area, otherwise it will will keep the embers going.

Answer:	Hello, the bowl is used to catch the droppings of the sage. The wooden tripod is used to hold the bowl for decor only (table, nightstand, etc). First light the sage over the bowl to create smoke, once you have smoke, take the sage and bowl from room to room and don't forget about the corners. Please smudge your basement, attic, and garage if you have any. This sage will cleanse your home and anything negative from it. Also, you can cleanse yourself as well. Reminder: You can always repeat the process as many times you like.

Burning Instructions:

• Take your beautiful Abalone Shell and Tripod out of the box along with 3 pack of White Sage.
• Remove 1 bundle of sage from the packaging.
• Light the bundle at a 45 degree angle for about 10-15 seconds or until you see glowing ambers then gently blow it out.
• Place your bundle on the abalone shell and begin your ritual ceremony.
• After the ceremony is done, place your abalone on the tripod (unfold and standing position - flat feet on the bottom)
• Please be cautious and burn safely - you can use abalone shell or any dish to place the smudge stick. Keep window slightly open for air flow.
