Answer:	Yes, I send them thru the mail all the time. But you don't seal the envelope.... you just use it to make a seal in 1 spot. Which may be what you mean, but when I think of sealing an envelope I think of SEALING it shut - you know, where the glue is. But I use these to create a decorative seal all the time.

Question:	Is this light Dimmerable
Answer:	This knife is more of a boning knife than a fillet knife. It has some flex which is great for certain meat boning tasks. It does not have the flexibility of a traditional fish fillet knife. I would not recommend this knife for filleting fish for two reasons, the first being the blade is not flexible enough and secondly the offset angle of the blade from the handle makes it awkward for filleting.

Question:	how long is the electrical cord
Answer:	Shun knives are sharpened at a 17° edge angle. I'm not familiar with that particular sharpener, if it has adjustable guides to 17°, then yes you can sharpen it. Don't go changing the edge angles of shuns either, they are made for that specfic angle, if you want a 20° angle stick with German knives! Me personally, I send mine back to the company, KAI has a couple of places here in the states that will give you a factory edge again for a few dollars per knife, you may have be without your knives for a lil bit, but it's well worth it IMO.
