Answer:	they are in a little pouch, but no I don't think they can be refilled, but for your info they last for a very very long time. I love these little disks mine are used in a diaper pail that I use for my dogs reusable potty pads and you would never know they were in the room. And when I need to change one I put the pouch in the wash with the potty pads and the odor is gone instantly. I have used these for more then 5 years and have bought only about 3 packs so far, like I said they really last a long time.

Answer:	This usually happens if the flat Iron gets overheated when placed in a confined area, or a hole on a salon station while turned on at 450F . The heat travels up the handle to the micro processor and overheats and damages it. Fortunately this Tao is backed by an excellent warranty. Just contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it for you . Hope this help!

Question:	Can these new units be stuck to a lid? I need it for a diaper pail
Answer:	No it cannot be stuck to a lid. And when I received my units they were half full meaning they will not last for the 45 days as stated. It lasted me about 2 1/2 weeks. Terrible purchase.

Answer:	There is a product available at Walmart called Pure Citrus. It is 100% orange oil and smells like a fresh orange. It is an air freshener (non-aerosol.) It works better than Poo Pourri b/c it isn't watered down. You just do 1 short spray into the bowl and it makes a film on the water. It's $5.00 or so for a bigger bottle than Poo Pourri. It doesn't have a yucky air freshener scent either. Just a fresh orange smell. You can order it on Amazon, but it is twice the price you pay at Walmart.

Answer:	There is no "best". Different people like different things. I believe most, if not all, have some sort of citrus oil in them, so that is something to consider if you absolutely hate or are allergic to lemon or bergomot (type of orange). You may not smell the citrus depending on what scent you choose, but it will be there. Answer:	No. I put one in my fireplace over the summer for the same reason you mentioned. It did not work.

Answer:	There is a lavender version but the original is unscented. When initially opened there is a smell to it but it quickly dissipates. This is a great product. I keep it near litter boxes and in my bedroom where my dog spends much of her time.
Question:	Has anyone used this product in basements that have a musty smell? Does it work
Answer:	It will remove most of the odor however if a dehumidifier is used in conjunction with Fresh Wave it WILL bring the 'clean air' symptom back to the basement. We have a guest house that stays closed up until visitors show-up. If I don't use the dehumidifier the moisture will remain and the musty odor stays. If I run the dehumidifier a couple times a month and keep the Fresh Air container open the entire little two story house will stay VERY comfortable, odor-wise, as in 'none' - except for the Fresh Air comfort. The little house is over 30 yrs old and sits right on the ground in the woods, so internal moisture is a very definite problem. Took me a LONG time to find a fix. Absolutely love Fresh Air.

Answer:	I have only the spray at present and I checked the ingredients.They are: water and extracts of lime, pine needle, aniseed, clove and cedarwood.The fragrance is natural and pleasing. Hope this helps.
