Answer:	We apologize for the confusion on our Virtually Indestructible Ball. There is no weak spot on our ball, I cannot explain that comment. One of our vendors did sell a version of the 10" size Virtually Indestructible Ball which has a hole that contains a threaded plug. The purpose of this plug is so that you can remove the plug and fill the ball with water or stones to make it wobble. The inherent problem of course is that a dog can get his teeth around that hole and chew. However, that vendor no longer sells on Amazon. You could put a longer pipe cleaner through one hole on one side and then out another hole on the other side and then bend the both ends they wouldn't fall out. Answer:	There is no difference at all. You get a difference when you move between sizes. And of couse, the jolly without a handle goes a lot further. My boy prefers the one with the handle but will play with kinds.

Answer:	I don't know exactly what the material is, but my 100 lb 2-yr old GSD rescue teen is obsessed - best toy ever. It's too rigid for me to compress but he can squeeze and carry it around, so it's really working his jaw and skull muscles for max stress relief. Aside from the extremely strong, sickly sweet artificial plastic blueberry smell, I love this toy - I wish I'd known about it for my last 4 GSDs spanning 25+ years (or maybe it wasn't around). I'm grateful to the genius who put this thing together and can't recommend it enough for big dogs who have significant ball drive. The premier private dog play park in Seattle is where I first found these, and even with scores of dogs daily chomping them, they hold up. Great, great product - except for the smell, but to me, it's more than worth it

Answer:	This is the best out there, along with the Jolly Romp-n-Roll 8" ball that has a rope attached. A GSD might tear it up if given solely to chew on (it will still take him awhile compared to anything else, though), but to play with, i.e. fetch and tug-o-war, this is perfect. Our English Mastiff, 185 pounds, loves this ball...loves to simply sink his teeth into it and chomp a little as he trots back with it after his master has thrown or kicked it....great bounce! This ball will wear out after nine months with our mastiff, and the Romp-n-Roll wears out faster because of the pulling from tug-o-war, but compared to EVERYTHING ELSE, both of these last the longest. This Bounce-n-Play ball also NEVER deflates, always reflates from a strong jaw crunching down on it, even after months of use, and is stronger than the Romp-n-Roll with the rope. For this price, you can afford to try it. These cost double and more at pet stores.

Question:	How much weight can it support? I want to be able to put candles/pics etc ok mantel
Answer:	The plastic anchors screw into your drywall then you scew the screws into the anchor. It makes it stable and keeps the hole from getting larger. The anchors are used like hooks for the wooden blocks to screw into. The measurements have to be made. The anchors attached and then the blocks attach to the anchors. The little wooden piece that juts out is facing up (north).
Question:	Is there a lip on this around the perimeter
Answer:	The top is 48 inches wide and the bottom is 42 inches. I don't see why that should make a difference over a 44 inch wide fireplace as it will look just fine.

Answer:	No ,you can remove the shelves

Answer:	For the 72" mantel size, the length at the base of the mantel shelf is 63". For the 60" mantel size, the length at the base of the mantel shelf is 51".
Question:	Confused. Does in come stained or not. Picture shows stained. Comments describes many problems when trying to stain it
Answer:	Please note that this mantel is considered combustible. It could very well get hot, depending on how far it is placed from the fireplace opening and how hot your fireplace gets. We strongly recommend that you follow minimum heat clearances and local building codes for safety purposes. If you are not sure what these are, please consult a local professional. Also, please check with the manufacturer of your fireplace as typically they have recommended minimum heat clearances.
Question:	Is the inside hollow? I want to put over a brick mantel
Answer:	The instructions included with my shelf say 8lb. Not sure where others are getting 15-30lbs.
Question:	Can I get this in a 65" L and stained in white
Answer:	It's been awhile but I'll do my best. There are two wood L brackets that get mounted using 2 screws with the L facing up. Spread the brackets apart so you hit a stud with the screws or use screw anchors. On the back of the shelf is a slot that the shelf will slide over the brackets. The partof the bracket pointing up will catch an edge just inside the shelf's slot. I did an extra step to make the shelf fit tight against the wall. I drilled a small hole 1/8 inch or less thru the top of the shelf where the brackets are. While pushing against the shelf I put a black wood screw thru the hole in the shelf top into the bracket. Answer:	Packaging says 20 grain, just measured the 6 i have. 24.8 to 25.6. Most of em were 25.4.
