Answer:	Yes, when installed correctly on a solid wall.

Answer:	I think that an 18" deep shelf supported by hidden shelf rods that are at the maximum 8" deep is asking for trouble. I wouldn't install a shelf any deeper than 12". I would look for another way to support it entirely , or with traditional shelf brackets. If the shelf is within 3 ft. or so from the ceiling, you could always hang the two outside opposite corners with a small piece of 1/4" x 36" all-thread with a washer and nut under the shelf and then the opposite up in the ceiling with an appropriate 1 x4 block in the ceiling space; strong enough to support you proposed weight. then just three of your hidden brackets at the wall. No brackets showing , or maybe you have tile on the wall, and don't want to mount anything on the tile.

Question:	Will the metal work outdoors
Answer:	Looks like 1 3/8" from center to center. In actuality a stud 2"x4" is1 1/2" by 3 1/2". While it would be possible to center your anchor on a stud it would be difficult. You would still get a fairly strong shelf by choosing one hole and centering it on a stud. But this is a new product for me, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Answer:	First of all, is your pine board a true 1" thick or is more close to 3/4" since dimensional boards thinner than the label states. Either way, I don't recommend these brackets for a 1" pine board. Being a soft wood and the fact that the rod is pretty thick on these brackets, I don't think the shelf would be very strong. I used mine on a 1.5" thick cherry board and it worked great.

HOW TO USE BLIND SHELF SUPPORTS❓:

STEP 1: Place your first hidden bracket against the wall, using a spirit level to make sure it's level. Mark the fixing-hole positions with a pencil.

STEP 2: Using the pencil marks, drill holes into the wall. Always choose screws or fittings that are suitable for the material of your wall. Screw the bracket into place.

STEP 3: Slide the shelf onto the bracket to check that it's level (use the spirit level to make sure). Once you're happy with the position of this shelf and the way it looks,

slide it back off the bracket so that you can position the rest of the brackets.

STEP 4: Once all the brackets are in place,

slide the shelves on and fix into place with the small screws provided with the shelf, using the pre-drilled holes on the underside of each shelf.

Answer:	No. Wrong sized bit. It should be a firm fit but you should not have to pound.

Answer:	I believe you're asking on the black colored version. The black version is powder coated which can be used outside. Obviously, there may be some very harsh environments outside, so as a general rule of thumb you should always be careful. With that said, there are a lot of powder coated objects that are used outdoors. Please note as an example if the powder coating becomes scratched, then the scratched portion will expose the steel underneath which may cause rust. Hope this helps.

Answer:	They are sturdy and will hold quite a bit. If into studs you can put a lot on them. I made floating book shelf’s with them and have multiple books on the shelf. My 3year old used them as a ladder to climb the wall and they stayed in place.
Question:	can I eat broccoli off this unit
Answer:	1/2” works fine

Question:	How much weight can one bracket support
Answer:	Hello Rose-Marie. Thank you for your question :) The brackets for them selves can support at least 75 lbs. However, the weight supported is dependent on what wall the brackets are on. If they are mounted on a dry-wall then be carefull with adding above 50 lbs on the shelf, but for brick-wall or concrete-wall it can hold 75 lbs. Hope it helps! Question:	I have approximately a 110 lb solid mantel. Its roughly 100 inches wide, 5 inches high and 10 inches deep. If i use two sets(8 brackets) will it hold
Answer:	Yes, it definitely will :-)
Question:	What is the max shelf depth that can be supported? And what’s the minimum thickness you recommend for the wood shelf? Thank you
Answer:	Hello Rose-Marie. Thank you for your question :) We recommend shelf depth of at least 6.5 inches which leaves a little space in the shelf, so that the bracket does not come out of the shelf. For the thickness we recommend at least 2.5 inches, so that the brackets does not peak out above the shelf. Hope it helps! Please, don't hesitate if you have any other questions :)

Question:	Do the shelves sit flush or is there a 1/4 or so gap
Answer:	I think you might be mistaking, we have not ever offered these shelves in those dimensions. Our shelves are 1.5” x 24” x 5.5” in a walnut color. Any other questions feel free to ask!
Question:	How many inches long are the screws
Answer:	These would work great as a bookshelf! We have tested our shelves with 50lbs and it held without any issue. This was in a standard sheetrock wall using the included screw in wall anchors. You do NOT need to screw the mounting brackets into a stud.
Question:	I have shelves that were purchased from you last year. They are 1 1/2” h x 24” w x 7” d in walnut. Do you still make these
Answer:	The white finish is not more of a glossy finish.
Question:	How much weight can these hold? Would they be good as a bookshelf
Answer:	Absolutely not. There is no way to hang these with command strips. Be prepared to drill into your walls to hang these shelves.
