Answer:	The clock itself has an indoor sensor which displays the indoor temperature. Otherwise you can buy an additional sensor if you want temperature in another inside location. You then have to change channels to view the temperature on the second indoor/outdoor sensor.

Answer:	Simply moving your display console (or receiver) to a different location may easily fix the communication issue. We recommend the following best practices for trouble free wireless communication. Fresh Batteries. If applicable, make sure there are fresh batteries in both the console and remote. Remember to power up the console last when changing batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. They have a lower voltage and lower range than non-rechargeable batteries. Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). Keep the console several feet away from computers, TVs and electronic cables. Radio Frequency Interference (RFI). If you have other 433/915 MHz devices and communication is intermittent, try turning off these other devices for troubleshooting purposes. You may need to relocate the transmitters or receivers to avoid intermittent communication. Cold Weather. If the temperature is below < 10 degF, use e2 energizer batteries (Lithium), available in most stores batteries are sold (blue in color). Alkaline and NMH (nickel metal hydride) batteries do not operate below 10 degF. Sensor orientation. To insure proper communication, mount the remote sensor on a vertical surface, such as a wall. Do not lay the sensor flat if this is a small remote sensor. Line of Sight Rating. This device is rated at 300 feet line of sight (no interference, barriers or walls) but typically you will get 100 feet maximum under most real-world installations, which include passing through barriers or walls. Metal Barriers. Radio frequency will not pass through metal barriers such as aluminum siding. If you have metal siding, align the remote and console through a window to get a clear line of sight. Defective Sensor. It is possible the remote sensor is defective. Answer:	It has both. The clock itself is powered by two AA batteries. The projection light that displays the time on the ceiling or elsewhere is powered by a low voltage transformer with a cord and plug. The clock will function by itself without external power, but to see it on the ceiling you need to have the transformer and cord plugged in with AC power.
Question:	What is the time interval between alarms when using the snooze function
Answer:	the bulb is built in & doesn't look like it could be replaced. I think it would last the life of the weather radio.

Answer:	The projected LED : does not blink nor does thw face. The "rcc" does show signal strength on the face as well as date, temp, time zone and DST. You have the option of not lighting the face and only projecting, which is how I have mine setup

Answer:	No. This would be the case with most clocks whereby you would need to remove the batteries to prevent accidental button pressing. The travel lock means you do not need to reset the time, everything remains the same, just the buttons are no longer operable. Note that the alarm, if set, will still go off!

Answer:	The sound of the alarm is louder than I expected, but not scary loud. It is a 'beep, beep, beep' , and the cadence increases until you turn it off.

Question:	Many travel alarms fold into a clamshell to protect the clock face from scratching during travel. Does this clock, folded, cover the LCD display
Answer:	No. You can see in the photo that the stand has an open area in the center. That opening leaves the digital display visible when the stand is in the closed position. The control buttons, however, ARE covered when the stand is flipped over the front. I suppose it could be considered unprotected in the closed position, but it is exactly what I needed for the application that prompted my purchase. It would be easy to slide a piece of thin protective cloth or other material between the stand and the face, if there is a concern about scratches during travel.
Question:	Can you set the time manually i.e. over ride the atomic feature
Answer:	Yes! In the normal mode, press and hold "CLOCK" key for 2 seconds until the time zone flashes. Press "UP" or "DOWN" key to set the desired time zone. Press "CLOCK" key again until the Year digit flashes and repeat the same operation that was used to change the time zone. Continue to press "CLOCK" until the calendar and time areas appear. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" until you reach the desired settings. Press and hold the "CLOCK" key for 2 seconds to save and exit the settings. You have manually set the clock. If you do not want to receive the radio signals that will automatic set the clock, there is a switch in the battery compartment on the right side that should be moved to the off position.
Question:	How long will the battery last with the night light on all night
Answer:	I've had mine for a few months and it's still working like it did on Day 1.
Question:	Is the background color always yellow with black letters or do you have to push backlite button to get this color
Answer:	You must push the backlight button to get the clock to look like like the picture. Normally it is gray background with black numbers.

Answer:	Since the alarm sounds for nearly 1 hour, for 6 am you have to wait until 7 pm has passed in order to set for 6 am, and vice versa. Thank you for your understanding all this type of analog alarm clock are 12-hour clock without AM/PM. Thank you.
Question:	The last clock I got that claimed to be silent developed a gradual loud/rapid ticking. Has this clock stayed silent for those who've had it months
Answer:	Have had the clock for about one month. It is quiet, no problem. My only complaint is that it is too small: My vision is not perfect, I cannot read the time without my glasses, especially on waking during twilight. The hands are white, though outlined in black against a white background. Probably not a problem for a younger person.
Question:	Is this clock silent or quiet
Answer:	The clock is silent unless you put it against your ear. There is no ticking sound. The second hand turns smoothly like a plug in clock. I have never seen this type of movement in a battery clock.
Question:	Does pressing and holding the light/snooze button keep the light on indefinitely? Or does it time out regardless of hold after a short time
Answer:	The light does not stay on or "time out". When you press the light/snooze button, the light comes on and it goes out as soon as you release the button. Simple as that. This is a great little clock.

Answer:	The projection displays the temperature from the sensor shown on the console. If you have the console cycling through all the temperature sensors, the projection display cycles through all the sensors. Be aware that if you have 2 sensors connected, the null signal (---.-) also cycles through the display.

Question:	My car is having an issue with the cabin pressure &I'm trying to prove this to the dealer. Will the barometer measure the air pressure in the car
Answer:	Both displays are on all the time. In the dark, the clock face can't be easily discerned, but the projection is very visible; in daylight the projection can't be discerned (too much ambient light for contrast) but the clock face provides information. The exception is that if the power is out, the projection shuts down to save battery life. If you wake up at night and there is no projection on the ceiling, you almost certainly have a power outage.
