Question:	With the app, can I control this clock if it's upstairs? My child plays the radio all night, if I come up to turn it off, she just puts it on again
Answer:	I would think so. I use hearing aids which I remove when I go to bed and without them by hearing is pretty bad.. I have the alarm volume set in the middle of the indicator and the clock is on my nightstand next to my bed and I have no problem hearing it. I tried setting the wake up sound on the "beep" and put the volume control on high and went into my hallway about 12' away and it is very loud and gets louder if you don't turn it off. Answer:	Hi, Thanks for your question. Yes, it is. There are two buttons on the top to adjust the volume up and down: when the radio is on it controls the radio volume (with V in front of the number) and when radio is off it controls the alarm (with L in front). Radio volume can be turned off all the way down but the lowest volume for alarm is level 3 so you will never “mute” your alarm by mistake.

Answer:	Hi Daylight savings just happened and I had to push the Time Set button and turn the big wheel back a notch to set it back the hour. (My computer showed the correct time and I synched this clock radio to that.) News radio station is confirming the time too.

3. Each ringtone will automatically turn off after 5 minutes. The last ringtone you selected will be set as the alarm sounds.

NOTE: Before selecting the ringtones, please push the button to the “LOCK” position.

 

How to Set Snooze Time:

1. When the alarm is activated, the alarm icon will be displayed on the screen. When the alarm is ringing, the alarm icon will flash, press the “Snooze” button once to temporarily stop the alarm. It will ring again after 9 minutes.

2. When the alarm is sounding, press “+” or “-“button to turn off the snooze function, the alarm will stop ringing.

Question:	Why doesn’t the display stay on
Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.
Question:	Does it have a cord for a USB wall socket or a normal wall socket
Answer:	It comes with a USB wall plug, not a normal plug.
Question:	Does the clock display Fahrenheit or just Celsius
Answer:	I tried switching from C to F per instructions - hold up key for three minutes but only the option to change led reading comes up. How do I move from C to F. Otherwise I love the clock
Question:	Do you have to take the iPhone out of the case to charge
Answer:	if the case is too thick, it's better to take out of the case. Normally, the case is not thicker than 5mm.
