Question:	I set the time and then put it on lock on the back switch and it keeps shutting off - it is plugged into the usb. how do you keep it on
Answer:	According to the instructions the unit should stay on if it is attached to a powered USB outlet. It also suggests "if the function is not working properly, use the ejector pin to open the reset button on the lower right side of the toggle switch to restore the factory settings". I would try that before trying to reach the supplier for relief if it is still under warranty. Hope this works for you!
Question:	How do you get the clock to stay on? I have it the usb cable plugged in but the screen still shuts off after a few seconds
Answer:	Mine did the EXACT same thing. It's a faulty connection with the USB port itself - try plugging it in, and then jiggling the cable at the port. Mine couldn't even be nudged before it reset. I ended up putting batteries in it, then plugging it in, and it's worked for now.
Question:	I've had this a few months. Last week the alarm buzzer began to go off at random times despite the alarm not being set. Hiw do i stop this
Answer:	I would unplug it and remove any batteries for at least an hour. If it doesn't stop...call an exorcist.

Answer:	Battery in my clock is LR44. Looks like brand is NL.

Answer:	This is not a fine instrument. You can reset the time every couple of months to do this. After some months of use, it seems to be perfect for a very cheap clock that sticks to my dashboard. Patek Philippe is not panicking.

Answer:	3 5/8" wide x 1 3/4" tall x 5/8" thick What I don't like about it, and don't recommend buying it, is that it is not backlighted. So at night it can't be read at all.

Answer:	The brightness has 3 levels to adjust. I prefer the lowest level at night. It's pretty comfortable. However, this clock doesn't have a volume setting. The volume is fixed. It's loud enough for me.

Answer:	I just received this clock and it uses three triple A batteries not four, I plug it in but use batteries in case of power outage.

Answer:	You may turn on the Sound Control. Please try to double press "DOWN" button, you will see "-- : Sd" or "oN: Sd". "-- : Sd" means sound control is OFF. It means the display will always stay on. "oN: Sd" means sound control is ON.It means the display will only stay on when you tap it or make a sound.
Question:	I forgot the setting, where can I find an user manual
Answer:	To set the time: press the button “down” for 3 seconds. This will make you have access to the year/date/time settings! Use the buttons up/down to change each setting, then “set” to move on to the next step. I was worried I would spend the next 6 months with the saylight saving time 😅 until I figured it out.
