Company has removed the ability to leave a message and does not answer this number. I have not been able to contact them or even find an address, email or physical, to contact them in writing. I contacted Sharp, because their name is on it, and they really don't care or have anything useful to offer other than the same phone number that hasn't been working since at least March 2020 when I first started trying to contact them. Don't waste time or money on the absolute garbage clock from Sharp, Model SPC1107. It's not really a Sharp product , and there's no way to ever get any help WHEN (not if) it fails. The only fix for this junk clock is to simply not own one. |

| Answer: | I don't think so. Actually I bought another Timex set-and-forget clock which is all digital and that model allows you to choose between two dst change dates: the current one and the one previous. |

| Answer: | Appears to be the same as mine which is mounted with access via a Ladder only. Mine is a 5 year clock and required 5 AA batteries not Included which gives the 5 year run time. |

| Answer: | If the office is quite enough then you can hear the working sound which is not the case in my office. Between the phone ringing, the keypad, printer, conversations and so on, the tick tack sound is the less you can hear. |

| Answer: | No it does not mention anything like that. I got one for Sister in law with dementia who can read. the nice numbers, dates and all. It helps her to key in on some reality on her own. I also got one for 8 yr old great grandson who is always asking time , day, date etc. he now says "I know, go look at my clock". I am registered nurse and have shown to many clients and several like it. Never have had anyone seem to feel insulted. remember it can hang on wall or sit on table or stand.
