Question:	The time display goes off after 3 seconds? How to keep the time on for all the time? We need a clock always showing time
Answer:	Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. The alarm acts like turning off after 10-15 second after tapping it is becasue it is in energy-saving mode. Please press "DOWN" button to turn this mode off and turn the standard mode which the display is always on. When you press that button and it shows "--:sd" which means the standard mode is on. Question:	Why is product losing time? i waited until daylight savings time to see if that would clear it up when it auto-reset. cleared up 1 minute only. lynd
Answer:	No idea why your clock is losing time. I’ve had mine for 6 months and it keeps time perfectly. It also changed for day light savings time. Maybe you should check the batteries just in case your power is being interrupted. Ask for a return authorization, get a new one. Hope you have better luck next time.
Question:	how long is the power cord
Answer:	Power cord is 5 feet long.
Question:	Can I change the temperature to celsius
Answer:	yes,,you can by pressing the TIME SET button once and the degree symbol will start to flash. During that time press the + or - tp select Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Question:	Is this an atomic or skyscan that sets from satelite?e
Answer:	It is atomic I believe. You set your time zone ( it is shipped already set to EST) If the power goes off it keeps the correct time for when the power comes back on but the alarm does not work during the actual power outage. I have not yet found one that does.

Answer:	Hi, Thanks for your question. Yes, it is. There are two buttons on the top to adjust the volume up and down: when the radio is on it controls the radio volume (with V in front of the number) and when radio is off it controls the alarm (with L in front). Radio volume can be turned off all the way down but the lowest volume for alarm is level 3 so you will never “mute” your alarm by mistake.

Answer:	Hi Daylight savings just happened and I had to push the Time Set button and turn the big wheel back a notch to set it back the hour. (My computer showed the correct time and I synched this clock radio to that.) News radio station is confirming the time too.

Question:	Is there a trick to getting it to light up at night? It's sitting in a dark room but the light isn't coming on
Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.
Question:	Can you see the display at night without touching it? (Other answer to this is unclear
Answer:	You can only see the display at night if the room is very dark and you have it set to so the Smart Nightlight is on. When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. If the room has any light at all the Smart Nightlight does not activate and you cannot see the display very well. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	It's a standard battery maybe 2 months. Alkaline lasts a little longer.

Answer:	This clock is made in China. I would have preferred another country, but I could not fine one that was suitable for our needs. I have to say, it works very well.
