That if you lose power supply, you don't have to reset the clock or alarm times when you plug it back into the wall. In battery mode - it will not show the time. It is a pity about this and something the manufacturers should address. Therefore it has to be close to a power outlet. The power cord is exactly 5 feet long.

Answer:	Get the blue super feet size 1 for kids. The only one that will fit. You can cut them. My son was a size 12.5 and I bought the blue superfeet size 1 kid size. I had to cut it but it fit perfect. You can also try the juniors size blue. Its slightly longer but the arch falls exactly were the 1 insoles arch falls. Answer:	I have purchased Superfeet insoles for my son. They are very good insoles and were recommended by the podiatrist (Posiatrist for Miami Heat). We purchased the black insoles which are very thin. The black insoles are used for shoes that are tight fit e.g. sports cleats. As for the blue, they are slightly thicker. What I noticed is that the insoles will get thicker with more support from color to color. I am not sure of what alternatives there are for superfeet insoles but they are worth the money.
