First check if power cord is properly plugged in (this cord is heavy duty and stiff and can pull loose from a worn outlet). Second, right next to where the power cord enters the case back is a fuse holder (keep that in mind). The fuse only protects the low voltage portions of the unit (clock and USB ports, and radio). Next plug a lamp or some other small portable 120 volt device into one of the two 120v outlets on the clock and turn the device on. This is to verify that the unit is receiving power. Then plug A USB charger cord and phone into one of the two USB outlets. If the phone shows charging (lightning bolt usually) and/or the radio is working the fuse is good, but still no time display then you have bad display/circuit board. If fuse is good then it's probably time to contact the seller or mfg for replacement. |
