Question:	Is there a trick to getting it to light up at night? It's sitting in a dark room but the light isn't coming on
Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

Answer:	You can only see the display at night if the room is very dark and you have it set to so the Smart Nightlight is on. When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. If the room has any light at all the Smart Nightlight does not activate and you cannot see the display very well. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	It cannot be plugged in and it does not come with batteries. I returned mine because of the complexity of changing time & dates & alarms. It doesn't have different buttons to zero in on the change you want to make so you have to go through the cycles to come to the change you want to make. Also, I thought the colors could be changed daily to be kept on until the next day. There is a warning in the instructions that if you keep the lights on it will quickly drain the batteries. I'm adult and I shut down. I couldn't imagine giving this to a child. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Press the ALARM (AL) button (alarm time displays) then press UP button until you get what you want - no symbol on the screen means no alarm, bell symbol means alarm is on, Zz means snooze is on with alarm. Then press ALARM button again to go back to regular time.

Question:	Can I set the noise maker for a certain length of time
Answer:	Yes. Press "SOUND" button repeatly to choose the countdown time range and Little Teddi will start to play sound. You can choose from "15/30/60/90/ALL".

Answer:	Dear customer, We don't recommend setting these two features at the same time as the alarm feature will override play-wake mode. When it's time to turn on, there will only be alarm sound but no colored light or play-wake face expressions. The play-wake features is designed to use light color and face expressions to inform kid if it's time to wake up but not to awake them. Question:	How can I set the alarm to be light only? There seems no way to do it
Answer:	When LITTLE TEDDI works as an alarm clock, the alarm feature can't be set to be light only. But you can use the "play-wake" feature which has only light and expressions. If you don't need the "play" time, simply set the "play" time to be "OFF". Then LITTLE TEDDI will only display green light at wake time.

LITTLE TEDDI’s sleep time is set to 8:30 PM.

When it is time to sleep, LITTLE TEDDI will close its eyes so your child will go to bed.

PLAY

LITTLE TEDDI’s play period is set 10 minutes, the PALE GREEN light will lights up at 6:50 AM.

LITTLE TEDDI will glow PALE GREEN, so that your child will wake/play quietly in his or her room until the light turns GREEN.

NOTE: You can also turn off PLAY setting.

WAKE

LITTLE TEDDI's wake time is set to 7:00AM .

When it is time to wake, LITTLE TEDDI will greet your child with a smile and the light ring will turn GREEN – green means go!

Answer:	At first I answered that I couldnt privide an answer..but have since called my daughter-in-law as I had bought these ckovks for my 8 and 9 yr old granddaughters in March 2020. The clocks at first could be set to correct time but the alarms NEVER could be set. The changing lights worked from the beginning. After a few weeks the ckock stopped keeping time and cannot be fixed. Now all it does is show lights. I have written a very honest and negative review tonight and submitted it to Amazon. DO NOT BUY this product, or SEND it back if you do. It is a RIP-OFF.
