Question:	Is there a trick to getting it to light up at night? It's sitting in a dark room but the light isn't coming on
Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. If the room has any light at all the Smart Nightlight does not activate and you cannot see the display very well. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	No. This would be the case with most clocks whereby you would need to remove the batteries to prevent accidental button pressing. The travel lock means you do not need to reset the time, everything remains the same, just the buttons are no longer operable. Note that the alarm, if set, will still go off!

Question:	Does it allow multiple alarms to be activated? Or just one
Answer:	No, and changing the settings on the alarm was very confusing. Better clocks out there. Shop around, don’t buy this one

Answer:	Yes, it does detach and you can hang it. Pull from the bottom and take one side off at a time very carefully.

Answer:	Press M button to enter setting mode Then press M button for 3 seconds to enter The sequence is Hour- than Minute- (In set up mode, the setting object is flashing) Adjust the time by the + or - buttons After setting press M ONCE to enter Turn on/off AL alarm Press - to select (there is AL symbol in display is ON & no AL symbol is OFF) Remark...when AL time is set, the AL alarm symbol flashes
Question:	How do you make sure it stops showing military time
Answer:	When you set the time and it show 12 hr make sure your using that setting, if it show the number 24hr or 21hr before you set the clock then it means it still in military time set mode

Question:	Why doesn’t the display stay on
Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.
Question:	Does it have a cord for a USB wall socket or a normal wall socket
Answer:	It comes with a USB wall plug, not a normal plug.
Question:	Does the clock display Fahrenheit or just Celsius
Answer:	I tried switching from C to F per instructions - hold up key for three minutes but only the option to change led reading comes up. How do I move from C to F. Otherwise I love the clock
Question:	Do you have to take the iPhone out of the case to charge
Answer:	if the case is too thick, it's better to take out of the case. Normally, the case is not thicker than 5mm.
