Answer:	Controls are on the back of the clock. Use the horizontal arrows, left or right to the correct location of what needs to be changed. Then use the vertical arrows, up and down to set the correct hour,minures, time zone etc. . By unplugging and replugging in the clock should reset to the correct day, date and year.

Question:	Can the preset cycle start times be changed? i'm afraid my husband would think "pre dawn" means "nearly time to get up
Answer:	The cycles are pre-set & cannot be changed. Our clock says "Before Dawn" (not Pre Dawn). The tricky part is that after Midnight, the Day & Date changes to the next day. Technically, anything after 12:00 midnight would be "Morning". Since displaying the word 'Morning' would really be too confusing for many seniors & may cause many people to get up out of bed, we carefully chose the words "Before Dawn" to hopefully pre-empt this problem. If you want a clock to say NIGHT all night long until it's actually time for your loved one to get up, we would recommend getting the Dementia Day Cycle Clock. It will not give the exact time, it would read: "Now it's Thursday Night" all through the night until whatever time you set it to switch to "Now it's Friday Morning". Answer:	My clock died a year after purchase, but yes the alarm can be turned off. As I recall just press the alarm button so the bell icon on the display is gone.

Answer:	Yes it does. It also has a factoy warranty but I always buy the extended warranty with any new appliance. My moms clock is still working great.

Answer:	No it does not mention anything like that. I got one for Sister in law with dementia who can read. the nice numbers, dates and all. It helps her to key in on some reality on her own. I also got one for 8 yr old great grandson who is always asking time , day, date etc. he now says "I know, go look at my clock". Question:	how accurate is the clock
Answer:	Today is June 12, 2019, 4:50 pm.......my clock is saying it's June 11, 9:45 PM. I just tossed it in the trash because NOW I can't even set it to the correct day and time. Also, if the power is interrupted it's suppose to return to the correct time when power resumes. No......it doesn't. And it's SO tricky to re-set the thing that a person with dementia would never be able to do it. Very frustrating.
