Answer:	It's not "chalky" white, but is definitely white. I'd call it a creamy white. (Not ivory; not yellowish.) I do not see any hint of green in the white clock. Mine is next to a white ceramic lamp and the clock looks white.

Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Alarm Setting

5 alarms can be set. And can set the snooze function and the working time of the alarm clock.

Select "Once", it is the normal alarm mode, the alarm will only sound once.

Select "Three", it is the snooze mode, the alarm clock will sound 3 times, each alarm clock interval is 5 minutes.

If you need to turn off the alarm in advance, just tap the alarm to turn off the alarm; long-press the touch key (3 seconds) to turn off the snooze mode alarm in advance.

3 Alarm Settings

Your life can be regular with 3 alarms. One for waking up, one for your afternoon tea or have a date, and one for your bedtime.

Also, it allows you to set weekday mode, which will ring only from Monday to Friday.

3 Levels Brightness

Just choose the most comfortable brightness to protect your eyes. You can also set it to automatic brightness, in this mode, the brightness will be automatically adjusted to L3 brightness from 18:00 to 6:00, L1 brightness from 6:00 to 18:00.

2 Display Modes

You can choose the display mode according to your need. It can display Year/Month/Date, or Temperature/Humidity, real time temperature and humidity display can monitor your living environment, suitable for any occasion.

Snooze Function

Never be late! The alarm will snooze automatically after 5 minutes ringing if you press any button once. And if you want to stop it, simply press any button twice.

Sound Control

The clock can be wake up by tapping the surface of the clock or making a sound ≥ 60dB.

Short press the "DOWN" key to enter the voice control setting mode. Continue to short press the "DOWN" key to turn off.

Answer:	The brightness has 3 levels to adjust. I prefer the lowest level at night. It's pretty comfortable. However, this clock doesn't have a volume setting. The volume is fixed. It's loud enough for me.

Answer:	I just received this clock and it uses three triple A batteries not four, I plug it in but use batteries in case of power outage.
Question:	The display keeps turning off and when I tap it, it turns it back on. Is this normal
Answer:	You may turn on the Sound Control. Please try to double press "DOWN" button, you will see "-- : Sd" or "oN: Sd". "-- : Sd" means sound control is OFF. It means the display will always stay on. "oN: Sd" means sound control is ON.It means the display will only stay on when you tap it or make a sound.
Question:	I forgot the setting, where can I find an user manual
Answer:	To set the time: press the button “down” for 3 seconds. This will make you have access to the year/date/time settings! Use the buttons up/down to change each setting, then “set” to move on to the next step. I was worried I would spend the next 6 months with the saylight saving time 😅 until I figured it out. Answer:	It cannot be plugged in and it does not come with batteries. I returned mine because of the complexity of changing time & dates & alarms. It doesn't have different buttons to zero in on the change you want to make so you have to go through the cycles to come to the change you want to make. Also, I thought the colors could be changed daily to be kept on until the next day. There is a warning in the instructions that if you keep the lights on it will quickly drain the batteries. I'm adult and I shut down. I couldn't imagine giving this to a child. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Press the ALARM (AL) button (alarm time displays) then press UP button until you get what you want - no symbol on the screen means no alarm, bell symbol means alarm is on, Zz means snooze is on with alarm. Then press ALARM button again to go back to regular time.

Answer:	To clarify other answers. The center top button turns the nightlight on and off when the alarm is not sounding. When the alarm sounds the center top button is a nine minute snooze. During a power failure the top center button displays the time. To turn alarm off until the next day click on the hour or minute button. To turn alarm off completely use the button on the back.

Answer:	Almost 2 inches tall - HUGE! We got rid of our cable so I was without a clock by my tv. This clock is perfect! The display numbers are even better than my old cable box, Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't think it can be turned off completely. I don't like lights when I am sleeping either, but somehow the red glow does not bother me at the dim setting. The bright setting is meant to guide planes down during the day, I think.
