Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

Answer:	You can only see the display at night if the room is very dark and you have it set to so the Smart Nightlight is on. When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. If the room has any light at all the Smart Nightlight does not activate and you cannot see the display very well. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	To clarify other answers. The center top button turns the nightlight on and off when the alarm is not sounding. When the alarm sounds the center top button is a nine minute snooze. During a power failure the top center button displays the time. To turn alarm off until the next day click on the hour or minute button. To turn alarm off completely use the button on the back.

Question:	I am a heavy sleeper. Most of these battery alarm clocks aren't loud enough to wake me. Could you hear the alarm across a bedroom? 14'x
Answer:	I would think so. I use hearing aids which I remove when I go to bed and without them by hearing is pretty bad.. I have the alarm volume set in the middle of the indicator and the clock is on my nightstand next to my bed and I have no problem hearing it. I tried setting the wake up sound on the "beep" and put the volume control on high and went into my hallway about 12' away and it is very loud and gets louder if you don't turn it off.
