Answer: Yes! I used this ventless burner in an outdoor firepit table, at the Jr. League of Buffalo's 2015 Decorator's Show House. Visitors and guests were impressed by it's ease of use and cleanliness of burn. Bio fuel consumes itself as it burns, so there is no messy ash to clean up afterward. Simply wipe clean with a paper (or cloth) towel! The fact that it is ventless and completely free-standing means there are no belts or hoses. Just pour in the required amount of Bio fuel, and ignite with a Bic lighter. The flame is easily extinguished by using the long spatula-like tool (provided with burner) to close the lid. (Don't try to close this hatch by hand - it gets very hot from the flame!) Also, I recommend a glass enclosure on all four sides of the flame, to prevent it from spreading outside the burner's edges. The flame will then burn upward. There are no sparks, no ashes, no soot! Note: The amount of heat this flame gives off is not enough to warm those sitting near it when the outside temperature falls below 32 degrees fahrenheit. It is perfect for cool evenings, say, in the fifty to sixty degree (F) range. When daytime temps are in the 80s and 90s (F), you will want to extinguish the flame, because it gives off too much heat when Mother Nature is doing the same! I hope you've found this answer helpful!

Answer: I still have mine after a year, but they did rip at one point so one has a big hole - this was made by myself pulling a little too hard it seems. I've always wash mine weekly, but I also use a steroid cream as well. I didn't really find that the Zinc did all that much, so I can't answer the question if it wears off since I never noticed a change from just it to begin with.

Answer: I am not sure. If you have a wound on your leg that needs to be covered under the splint then it might work. It does slip a bit on a bare leg if you cut the piece too short. It is a great replacement for tape or vet wrap because easy to take off and on and is not bulky. I'd say it is worth a try because it is not expensive. However, I would check with your doctor for his opinion. I am about your size and the netting worked great to hold dressings over road rash on my legs and knees.

Question: Can this be converted propane instead of bio? looking for this style with ability to connect to house propane
Answer: Depends on the size of room. I have mine in an upper bedroom loft, and it gives off to much heat. Bought it more the quality of the flame look. But does give off heat. Needs small pads between the back panel. It makes some noise. Very happy with it after minor adjustments.

Question: What is the difference between the regular burners and the eco hybrid versions
Answer: The regular burners are made out of a higher grade stainless steel. How ever the Eco burners are much more economical. The regular burners are meant to be use more for commercial use that's why they come with a 3 year warranty. The Eco burners are more for residential use thus giving you more burn time with less fuel. Both burners give out about the same 600 BTU heat.
