Answer:	You can install the fireplace under the TV, but it cannot bear the weight of the TV. It must be insert or hung on the wall or freestanding. I don’t know if this answer is satisfactory. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

This is useful if you have one room that is thermally insulated from other rooms. You can use a fan to circulate the heat in the room and it will feel warmer. But ultimately if you have an efficient home heating unit, like a heat pump, use that. But this is good for keeping one room a little warmer than rooms you don't spend time in. Just turn it off when you're happy.

Answer:	Returnedcthis fireplace, thought color did. It look at all real. They chassis all seem to be the amsame. Have purchased 3 50 in units over the last year but all recessed mounts. They are not too heavy so 1/2 wallboard with an expanding anchor should be fine.

Answer:	No, there is no thermostat. It's high - med - low or no heat on. Of course, you can adjust by remote.
Question:	Can I install this fireplace outside in a covered outdoor area
Answer:	I want to install this unit on my patio also, in a cut out (box) area from a original big screen bump out in the family room inside. I plan on stoning the 3 sides and putting this unit in, it's a 10 foot wide covered patio which has never had rain. hit the wall at this point in the 14 years we have lived there...Hope it works...
Question:	Could i add the dimplex prism 50-inch electric fireplace with driftwood log set - blf5051 & lf50dws-kit to this dimplex model

Question:	Will it heat 500 square feet basement
Answer:	It does depend on your ceiling height. A small room 500 square footroom could possibly be heated. I don’t rely on it for this heating effect but more esthetics. I’ve done a lot of research and it’s the best you can buy on the market today. I’m an interior designer and builder. I can’t be more happier with this product. Truely.

Question:	How do I put the white crystals in the heater
Answer:	Remove the 2 screws on the top metal bracket. Once the bracket is out of the way carefully pop the glass out. Install crystals and reassemble
Question:	how can i lower or turn off the loud beeping noise when changing settings? its way way way too loud
Answer:	There is no way to lower the sound that I’m aware of. Since it is so temporary the sound doesn't bother me at all.
