HOW TO MOUNT HEATER TO WALL:

1. Mark all 4 position holes on the wall from the template.
2. Drill the pilot holes for the drywall anchors.
3. Screw the drywall anchor into each pilot hole.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. The natural gas line needs 7 WC of pressure to adequately run this vent free heater.

Answer:	20,000 is 20" wide , 28" tall, and like 13" deep with the feet or like 9" without. Their description is of size is crap

Answer:	i believe the air is thinner that high at sea level and you should be alright but i would put in a carbon monoxide monitor in that room just in case

Answer:	I am not specifically familiar with the Yakima Swingdaddy, but based on its design (and how it would be situated when in the valet), I think it would be too tippy to store the bikes on it while in the valet. I have the valet, and I use it to move my Thule T2 Pro XT from the back of my car to the corner in the garage where I store the rack when it is not in use. The rack weighs about 50 lbs, and is awkward to carry. The valet makes moving the rack a breeze! If you are looking to store your bikes on your rack, you should look into a wall-mounted hitch receiver. Maybe something like the "Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack - Wall Mount". I don't have one myself, it sounds like it might be what you are looking for. If you decide to get the valet (for transporting the rack when it is off your vehicle), I'm sure you'll be happy with it. It works really well for what it is designed for.

Answer:	I don't know. I can tell to you that we take them to hotels all the time. For both deodorizing and to kill germsome. We usually check in and get them going. Go have dinner. Come back and cut air on and room smells like it just rained!! Plus all the bacteria are clobbered too.

Answer:	It is an ozone generator and it definatly does work. I just read the box and it doesn't say anything about negative ions but if I leave it on full blast over night, my livingroom/kitchen smells like a pool area

Answer:	After 4 months the $0.20 Chinese fan got very very loud. I would have to repeatedly tap the device for it to get quiet. After seconds or hours it would get loud again. After 6 months it is always very very loud.

The Technology

The dual-stack convection technology featured in the Envi was born out of years of research and development to find a solution to effectively and safely heat a room using the smallest possible amount of electrical heating energy. Dozens of heating methods were evaluated to fine tune the Envi heater, but eventually the answer was found in a naturally occurring phenomena called the "stack effect". This provided the basis for our design and eventually we won a patent for the Envi heater. Natural convection, fanless heating is enhanced by simulating multiple pathways, or “stacks, “inside the Envi heater. Question:	How long is the power cord
Answer:	Short answer is maybe 2, but 2 can still trip your breaker if its on the same circuit (each room is typically a different circuit) and running at 100%. This depends on your circuit, most are 15A or 20A. Loosely the math is 120V * 15A = 1800W. In the 1800W scenario you can have 1.8 of these units running at full capacity. At 120V * 20A = 2400W you can have 2.4 of these heating units at full capacity. Given you may have other appliances in the room on the circuit you might not be able to run 2 of these units if that is the case. Best bet is to get one for each circuit (typically by room) or move up to the 1500W model for each circuit.
Question:	Would this be good for a small bathroom that is unheated and has cold tile floor? Would infrared be better

Question:	Can this be used in an outdoor, glass-covered sunroom that does not have heat
Answer:	I have used this heater continuously for a few weeks. In a small uninsulated area approximately 200 sq. ft. it has done very well. very simple to operate and safe, light and easy to mount it will cost you the use of 110v outlet.
Question:	Does the front of the unit get hot
Answer:	It is small but powerful for it's size. It's about two feet high and a foot and a half wide, only a few inches deep. It mounts on the wall in just a couple minutes, very easy to put up. I use a couple space heaters in my small home because it's old and doesn't have a central heat source. There are two, small electric base board heaters for the whole house and the space heaters do a good job of compensating. I live up north and we are experiencing wind chills of up to 50 below zero at times. On those INSANELY cold days it does take two space heaters to heat our home. However, when the temperature is up to 20 above or more, the Heat Storm does fine on it's own.

Question:	Where do i buy natural gas for it
Answer:	You tap into an existing gas line
Question:	sq ft insulated garage (including garage door). Would this take care of warming up the garage
Answer:	I believe that it would. I have it in a 200 sq ft room with 13 ft ceilings, the house is 118 yrs old w/no insulation and it works very well. I do have the bigger size in another room.It has 3 burners instead of 2 and you can turn on 1,2 or all 3. It heats 2 rooms I have.
Question:	Is it possible to use with a thermostat rather than the low and high settings
Answer:	The heater is not designed to be used with an external thermostat.
Question:	How are the fumes vented ? I don't understand how you can burn something and not have to worry about carbon monoxide
Answer:	The fumes are not vented. Natural gas is mostly H₂, gasoline is about 50% carbon, coal is all carbon. So being mostly H₂, the combustion products are mostly H₂O with a little CO₂, not unlike what we breath out. Coal and gasoline will asphyxiate you fairly quickly because of the high carbon content, which must be vented outside.

Radiant Vent Free Heaters

Our Vent Free heaters need no external power, great for power outages and applications with no electricity. They can be mounted to the wall with the supplied bracket or on the floor with the supplied feet.

Most common uses are rooms that don’t warm well so you can adjust the temperature level in them without having to affect the rest of the home.

There are two types of vent free heaters, blue flame (or convection heat) and Infrared (or radiant heat). The difference in these types of heat are how the warm.

The Infrared heater warms objects. It doesn’t warm the air like a Blue Flame. It can be put in an area with objects which the heater will heat and then the object will heat the air. Blue Flame warms the air, infrared warms objects, which heat the air.

Note: Units cannot be converted from Propane to Natural Gas and vice versa. They are not designed to be a primary source of heat, as they are designed to work with a furnace.
