They gave it the "sunshine treatment" and told me on the phone that nothing was wrong with it and sent it back to me. It ran for a few weeks and then refused to work. Lesson learned from SUPENTOWN JUNK, I went to Costco and paid $300 for a Dyson mini-tower contraption that heats and cools. In the future, if it is not a brand name I will not buy it through Amazon, where Buyer Beware rules the internet marketplace.

Question:	What size room will this heat
Answer:	Yes, it is supposed to make a lot of noise as the oil inside is heated. Once it gets to a certain temp it will be very quiet.

Answer:	It has a 250 square foot rating.. I've got one in my living room and kitchen and in the winter they keep my house to the temp I want it. I'm getting another one for the back of my house so I can do away with Central heat
