Answer:	We have 2 of these, they work pretty well for the money. The digital thermostat moves up or down by 1 degree at a time.

Answer:	1500 watts = 1.5 kw. If you're wondering about kilowatt-hours for your electric bill, the average rate in the US is about 10 cents per kw-hour, so 15 cents per hour if this heater is running on high.
Question:	will it shut off if tipped over 5160model
Answer:	As others have said, there is no safety switch - I think this is a Underwrites Lab requirement for sale in U.S. Tip it or move it and it keeps humming away.
Question:	Does it get hot to the touch? How loud is it
Answer:	lt will not burn you if you just touch it. If you hold your hand against the lower front grate you definately will not like the result. It will burn.

Answer:	Mine doesn't have that button. I think it's an older model.
Question:	Can you tell me the btu output of the 32" space heater ptc 3s
Answer:	It has 5 fan levels, each one louder than the previous. It is not quiet but not too loud for what it is doing and it's size. At levels 4 and 5 it is moving so much air through it that the rush of the air through its filters overpowers the sound from the fan. Overall it is a great product that I would buy again or recommend to a friend or family with allergies.
Question:	Timer how do I set it stay on? I'm confused. Thanks
Answer:	The air purifier has five speed settings in the automatic and manual modes. When it is turned on, the automatic mode analyzes the quality of the air and adjusts its operation accordingly. The higher the setting, the more noise the purifier makes and can be a little problematic. As the air quality improves, the fan speed decreases and the noise becomes less bothersome. I generally use the manual feature and run the unit on the 2 or 3 setting.

Answer:	According to Silver Onyx, they have already received certification from CARB and just waiting for Amazon to send them the paperwork to get this product approved for shipment to California. If this occurs,please turn the heater off,unplug it,and inspect and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater that may cause high temperature.Wait 10 to 20 minutes for the unit to cool down the plug it back in and resume the normal operation.
