Answer:	I got two one had one and the other didn’t. You really don’t need to. It’s pretty straightforward to put together, and cleaning is as well.

Answer:	The radiator is approximately 6.5 inches wide x 2.5 long x 3 feet tall. Add a few inches in the width for the wheels at the bottom. No tape measure handy or I would be more exact. Question:	Can the heater be left in the "on" position so when power is applied it comes on? I want to turn this on remotely by using a smart plug
Answer:	depends of how much you use it. On high setting it consume 1500W. If it runs on high 24 hours a day, that is about $5/day for 14cents/kW/hr. However, you probably wouldn't use it on high all day plus it has a thermostat meaning that it will shutdown occasionally even at the highest setting. At our house we use these to maintain the temperature in our bedrooms at about 72F during Chicago nights. I keep it at Min setting (700W) and the thermostat at 3. It comes on every hour or so for a few minutes a shuts off.
Question:	How much does it weigh
Answer:	I have 2 and bought this one for my dad. When I add a new heater to the rotation, I usually only operate it during hours when I'm home (work from home) and awake. After a week or two, I've always felt comfortable leaving them on. Mine are on 24x7, usually on med or low at 3 or 4 (setting). The cat will sleep up against one of them. *I* think she gets pretty hot, but she'll seek it out. I use a small, very quiet fan @ 45 degrees to the fins to circulate the heat a bit more efficiently. This place is small, very well-insulated, and the two heaters keep it warm enough for me at a price that's probably saves me $50/mo over gas forced air.
Question:	Is the plug two-prong or three
Answer:	It does smell when you first use it. I put mine in the garage and set it on high. It was out there for two days and when I let it cool down and brought it into the house it didn't smell anymore. We have another DeLonghi heater that's 20+ years old and still functioning fine. It smells as well for the first few hours of use every season. My assumption is that dust was outgassing when heated. I've taken to wiping it down and putting a bag over it when I put it up for the season. We kept the box for this new one and wipe it down before placing it in the box.

Answer:	Yes, it is supposed to make a lot of noise as the oil inside is heated. Once it gets to a certain temp it will be very quiet.
