Answer:	It has a medium level of sound that comes from the fan. Not to say that it's a bad thing, it could be a good thing because it creates white noise sound, that will drown out other sounds in the home. Once the baby gets used to the humming sound of the fan the baby would be able to sleep better. I know people that run a fan at night during sleep just to drown out any other noises around the house and in the neighborhood so they can sleep better.

What I can tell you is that the cross bar is located 2.5" from the edge of the top. I presume the manufacturer placed the cross bar away from the edge so clamps could be mounted but not sure if the clamp you are referring to would fit on the 2.5"? As a side note, I really like my desk. Has tons of room on the top and is very sturdy! Good luck!

Answer:	depends of how much you use it. On high setting it consume 1500W. If it runs on high 24 hours a day, that is about $5/day for 14cents/kW/hr. However, you probably wouldn't use it on high all day plus it has a thermostat meaning that it will shutdown occasionally even at the highest setting. At our house we use these to maintain the temperature in our bedrooms at about 72F during Chicago nights. I keep it at Min setting (700W) and the thermostat at 3. It comes on every hour or so for a few minutes a shuts off.
Question:	How much does it weigh
Answer:	I have 2 and bought this one for my dad. When I add a new heater to the rotation, I usually only operate it during hours when I'm home (work from home) and awake. After a week or two, I've always felt comfortable leaving them on. Mine are on 24x7, usually on med or low at 3 or 4 (setting). The cat will sleep up against one of them. *I* think she gets pretty hot, but she'll seek it out. I use a small, very quiet fan @ 45 degrees to the fins to circulate the heat a bit more efficiently. This place is small, very well-insulated, and the two heaters keep it warm enough for me at a price that's probably saves me $50/mo over gas forced air.

Answer:	It does smell when you first use it. I put mine in the garage and set it on high. It was out there for two days and when I let it cool down and brought it into the house it didn't smell anymore. We have another DeLonghi heater that's 20+ years old and still functioning fine. It smells as well for the first few hours of use every season. My assumption is that dust was outgassing when heated. I've taken to wiping it down and putting a bag over it when I put it up for the season. We kept the box for this new one and wipe it down before placing it in the box.

Answer:	This product comes with both Twist-on and Press-on chuck. The Press-on chuck barely leaks air during detaching, and it's more convenient to use. The Twist-on chuck can bare higher pressure but might have a little bit of air leaked during detaching.

Answer:	Around 50psi I believe that's the highest I've used it for.

Answer:	Not likely. When I have replaced it previously the unit appears fulll but then does not seem to pour out if I tip it upside down. I would imagine mold could develop if you attempted to do this.
