Answer:	We have 2 of these, they work pretty well for the money. The digital thermostat moves up or down by 1 degree at a time.

Answer:	NO...it should oscillate alot more than 2". This is an Oscillating Heater that can be set to Oscillate or not Oscillate & when this function is turned on it would be expected to move about 45 deg in arc each way !
