Then, you take it to your sink and pull the drain plug to release the cleaning water. I do the entire process one more time (with just water) to rinse the vinegar mixture out. This provides the machine with a basic clean. Keep in mind, however, that deeper cleanings may be necessary every once in awhile, because the 'clean' cycle only runs water where it would have run if it had been making ice. | Answer: | The heater does not have any mounting holes. The internal fan, which is quite a good size (and VERY quite), draws in air from the back through an approx. 5" round vent. With this in mind, the fan could be placed on a small wall hanging shelf (that would allow the rear fan vent to draw in air without obstruction; given that the back of the heater would have at least 2-3 inches of clearance). It would be very "do-able" and very easy to construct. In my opinion, using wood as material should not create any safety concerns, as the ENTIRE plastic housing is not even warm when the unit is on. Great question and idea! |

| Answer: | There is a knob/dial on the right side that should turn the unit on/off so the room stays at a set temperature, but it does not work the way it is supposed to. The room will be too hot before it shuts off and too cold before it starts up again. I definitely do not advise leaving it running when you go to sleep. |

Convection heaters naturally provide gradual, even heat without a fan, making them more quiet than electric heaters with fans. As the air near the heater is warmed and rises it creates a natural circulation of the air which spreads warmth throughout the room. It may take longer to heat a space with convection heat than with an electric heater with a fan, but once the space is warmed it will sustain even heat. To reduce the risk of electrical shock and fire please observe the following instructions: - Cleaning the Heater regularly will help to maintain its efficiency. - Always unplug the cord before moving, servicing or cleaning. - NEVER place the Heater in or near water.
