Answer:	I can't say about the cost due to the fasct that we didn't keep this unit for more than one day. Sent it back for refund. It was sitting about 5 feeet away from my wife and she couldn't feel ANY HEAT at all. Waited for about an hour and still no heat. WOuld not waste your time with this unit.

Answer:	When I bought it was clearly stated 400W low (one tube) 800W high (both tubes).I'm pretty sure nobody reads the description before asking a question. Since I've answered this question three times now.

Answer:	since it's only a 400/800 watt heater, it's more of a spot heater. Since your room is 15x20, you should look into a more powerful heater that puts out 1500 watts in one of its settings. I actually don't use the oscillating feature because it's not that powerful and usually use the 800 setting for just a couple of hours. Overnight, I switch it to the 400 watt setting.I think those Living Pure infrared heaters would heat up your 15x20 room easily and those heaters radiate the heat everywhere whereas this heater is more of a directional, spot heater

Answer:	I am not sure that it would not burn a child's hand. That said, I don't think a casual brush against the front would cause a burn. The heater is a radiant heater. It is designed to radiate the heat out and heat objects and the space in front of it without getting extremely hot itself. Caution would always be prudent though.

Question:	Can the AM09 be placed on medium pile carpet
Answer:	Yes! I’ve got mine in the den at the moment and we have a shag in there. Just balance it before using and you’re good.
Question:	Does the unit over heat normal outlets? Other brands have disclaimers in fine print that this could happen
Answer:	While it uses 1500 watts in heat mode, it does spike a little when it first starts, up to over 2000. I have it in an outlet with other devices and it has not caused problems for me. Keep in mind, just putting it on it's own outlet, doesn't mean it isn't sharing a breaker with a bunch of other outlets. I bought this mainly for the heat and so far really like it, but I got refurb for half price and would not pay full price.

Question:	How noisy is this product
Answer:	It depends on what setting you have your shots on. Mines on face beautify and portrait and its slower at taking shots because of that but regular settings is faster. :) I'm a professional photographer and this camera has done well.
