Answer:	It has an insulated cord with a plug but as I remember the plug was configured for a traditional dryer plug and I had a more traditional 220 plug for a welder or industrial equipment. I don’t remember for sure except it wasn’t compatible with my 220 outlets. It’s not a big deal to change the plug regardless.

Question:	My house is wired 110V. What additional items do I need to purchase for the conversion
Answer:	Just to expand slightly on prior answers, normally a residential service feed is 240 volts between the two incoming hot legs. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Answer:	The National Electrical Code requires conductors and overcurrent protection to be sized at 100% of the manufacturer's branch circuit recommendation for tankless electric water heaters. A 60 amp breaker is the same price as a 40 or 50, it is the wire that costs more. #6 AWG wire is required for a 60 amp circuit. If you undersize the wire it could overheat and catch fire. Protect your family and follow the manufacturer's sizing for this, or any other, electrical device. Your family's lives are worth the extra money. 

Answer:	Minimum would be a single phase 240V 30 Amp.
Question:	Is it thermostat controlled
Answer:	The dial on the back that controls the temperature (thermostat) has failed. If you or someone you know that works with electrical,can replace it with same or acceptable substitute.
Question:	How many sqft will these heat up
Answer:	It depends on how you wire it. I have mine attached to a wall mounted on off switch. If it is hard wired without a intervening switch it will restart automatically and will suto shut off based on the thermostat. Because it needs to be mountef 6 plus feet from the floor I mounted mine off the ceiling. I did not want to use ladder to adjust thermostat so I put in on off switch.

Answer:	No, the coils do not glow like a toaster. You are not giving enough info to determine if heater is working properly. It is possible you are expecting to much. Most 120 volt space heaters are rated at 1500 watts. This heater produced less than 4 times that. It is convenient that all that heat comes from one heater but it is still not a lot of heat.
Question:	Can I use this on a 20amp circuit
Answer:	Unit drawers around 25 aAmps. Would trip a 20 amp breaker. I have mine plugged into a 30 amp 220 volt dryer circuit.
