Question:	Where do you get the mylar sheet for the wrap
Answer:	I have not used it, however , I have used Saran Wrap and foil as a wrap . When I received these treatments on cruises, they always brush your skin to increase circulation first . Most of the time due to time restraints , after I brush my thighs , I massage the seaweed in and let it set for a few minutes and than shower .
Question:	What size sea salt granulates should I use for the scrub
Answer:	I use a course sea salt for my scrubs, but you can use any kind. It's really personal preference on that. Just remember not to be too rough on the skin. You want to exfoliate, but if you rub too hard, you could irritate. Hope this helps!
Question:	How do you do a body wrap with this product
Answer:	I found this product extremely hard to work with! I used the Lemon Grass essential oil, for scent, olive oil and sea salt. This "receipe" is found on Dr Oz's web site. However, I had this stuff everywhere!!! It was awful! It does not "stick" I suppose you COULD hope to hold it is place with saran wrap but I do not know.
Question:	Can you eat this
Answer:	Yes.kelp is high in iodine. Contains vit.A,C,god source of antioxidants. But need be careful don't overdose. Norwegian is the best, concede red to be less contaminated by toxins than keep harvested along the coat of US. I give to my dogs only Norwegian seaweeds.
