Answer:	I personally would not run any plug in unit 24/7 all winter BUT the unit has features that may influence your decision. 1) The unit AUTOMATICALLY TURNS OFF when the room reaches the desired temperature and turns back on when falls below the desired temperature. 2) The unit has OVERHEAT protection and shuts down when parts of the heater overheat. 3) If the unit is TIPPED forward or backward it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit when not in use.

Answer:	try it on a small area that is kind of hidden from site. See if it stains or fades the leather. I've used it on several surfaces but have not tried leather.

Answer:	It worked for me. It will likely not work if you have tried to clean the mess with soaps or other cleansers. The enzymes that do the urine removal are live beings and the soap kills them. They actually eat the urine. You need to pour the Orange onto the carpet and soak the carpet backing and let it dry. The urine will still stink if the Orange cannot get to ALL of the urine. You must shake it well before spraying or pouring to distribute the enzymes in the liquid. I have usually 3-4 cats at all times. I always have a lot of enzyme cleaners for urine they really work when properly used. I did get rid of all carpeting because it is so hard to deal with as often as I needed to clean up the messes. This cleaner also works on vomit smells.

Answer:	Yes it is 120 volts. The problem is it cools, but it does not lower the humidity. I’ve never seen an air conditioner like it. No water drains out of the back. I have to run a dehumidifier at the same time which of course heats the room. Don’t buy!

Answer:	It's loud, but not obnoxious. The only time we run it on high is when we're coming in and it's hot. Once the room has cooled, you can throttle it back and it's just a low hum.

Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!
Question:	Just purchased and am trying tk heat about 350 sq ft. it will not blow heat. its "warm" air. but we have it set to 75 and it feels ice cold... why
Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Answer:	I use 2 in a space about the size of a single car garage, my group of old ladies play cards, have meals. Temps in the 35-45 range. If you were working you would only need 1. Good luck.

Air curtain is a powerful fan that creates an invisible high speed air barrier over the entrance to isolate the interior and exterior air environment and maintain temperature separation. How to choose the right air curtain?

If you need a powerful air curtain and don’t mind the noise level, this Super Power FM15 series is the right choice. It is good for back door, warehouse, or high entrance (8 feet to 10 feet), it keeps the flying insects out effectively.

If noise is your first concern, please choose the Elegant FM35 series, which is good for office, home, or restaurant front doors, and drive through windows, 8 feets high entrance. The Slimline FM12 series with remote control is for 9 inches small installation clearance.

Magnetic Door Switch

- A 12VDC magnetic door switch is included for all the series listed below. Low voltage is much safer and doesn't require hard wired.

- It is very easy to install, no restriction on the types of the doors or windows. No mechanical touch for longer usage.

- It is strongly recommended for sliding or both-way swing doors and any tiny installation area.

Plunger Micro Switch with Roller

A traditional mechanical plunger micro switch with roller, model TZ-6003, is not included in any of the series. (Door switch brackets are not included, refer to User Manual in Technical Specification section for detailed installation instruction).

It has to be installed accurately for pushing the rod on the switch to trigger. It has wear and tear issue. The 110VAC high voltage directly applies on the micro switch will cause sparks internally which lower the life of usage.

Front vs Top Air Inlet

- Front Air Inlet for FM-12 & FM-15 series, the air curtain can be installed right under the ceiling.

- Top Air Inlet for FM-35 series, which requires at least 2" clearance from air curtain top to ceiling.

- FM-12 series is very slim to fit in as tiny as 8.9" high.

Answer:	It is more like terracotta in color. Definitely not orange and definitely not red. If I had to choose from orange and red, I’d say red but it would be very faded red.
Question:	There is a quarter inch difference in the height of the unit and the sleeve. The sleeve is a quarter inch smaller. How is this going to fit
Answer:	They are returnable with a fee. I had checked with the seller. They said 5-10 $ but i think it might be more with larger rugs. Write to them directly- they respond quickly. Not sure if there is a restocking fee.
