Answer:	You can return it within 30 days, and we have 2–year manufacturer warranty, which did not write on the description page

Answer:	The size of 27.5"W x 19"H x 23"D will be more suitable, and you can secure with two sturdy adjustable buckle straps

Answer:	It depends on how you are off. Do you mean off in terms of being small or too large? In my case the cover was too deep (by a lot more than a few inches) , so I had to work it a bit in order to fold it inward while still maintaining its rectangular shape. The extra few minutes spent were well worth it. Also, the heavy duty strap can make up for some deformities. So in my case, even though I had to "customize it", it still performed very well in keeping out the cold air this past winter.

Question:	Do you find it really keeps the cold and wind out? any suggestions on what to do to with the flimsy side panels to keep the cold out
Answer:	We also had a plastic cover on the outside (a different brand). Along with the outside cover, it kept the cold out. I’m not sure if will without an outside cover. It’s not an insulated cover. It’s similar to a thicker table cloth.

Answer:	My FooZet cover arrived with an under cover that fits tightly and a looser over cover. Use both, since they function to keep all unwanted air out of the room. Don’t go with the smaller cover, as only the outer cover will fit.
Question:	my unit is 24x18x3" will the 25x16 stretch enough to cover it
Answer:	my unit is 26x15 and it fits good. I have a wall unit. I'm not sure if you are going to be able to stretch it 2in. Good Luck!
