Answer:	I use this humidifier for my car and sometimes when you see no mist coming out when you turn it on, simply remove the cap, take cotton filter pipe in between two fingers and gently squeeze out water in 2-3 swipes and put it back on, it will start working again billowing out little clouds of mist. I think this problem persists in a moving vehicle only and not when you were to use this in a stationary environment. This squeezing out exceess water helps rebuild the capillary action of cotton filter. Hope this helps !
