Question:	can I use essential oils in this
Answer:	Part 2- please read part 1 of my answer first!! A: I guess there's a character limit lol! Ok so tutorial continued from my above post: This is the super easy part! Take you Essential oil blend you made or purchased that you want to infuse into the pads and add just enough oil to coat the bottom of the container. Add your clean and dried used scent pads to the container. You can add a few pads at a time .if you have a few like I do, I usually infuse 8 pads at a time, adding 3 pads at a time, add more oil to the container. Add just a little for now. No need to saturate them yet! Put lid on and give it a good shake. Continue this process until all your pads are in the container. Now once all the pads are in the container just look At the pads and see how much they soaked up The oil. You want the pads to look/ be fully coated but obviously not dripping in oil. I've tried it both ways... where I filled up the jar with oils and allowed the pads to infuse that way but I've found it just makes a mess when you insert them into the scent pad compartment on the humidifier with dripping oils. It's not necessary and just wastes oils. So just add enough that the pads can soak up. This may entail letting them sit for a few days, check on them and add more scent/ oil as needed. When I infuse my pads I put just enough oil in the container to cover them. Store in your refrigerator. Then I check back a few days and the pads have the perfect amount infused. Before I use them, I let them infuse for a few days, like 3 or 4. I shake them up as often as I think of it just to stir them around because the pads will stick to each other if you don't and then you'll end up with dry patches with no oils and who wants that? Lol I try not to open the jar during this time but I'll check them to see if some stuck together. Don't use your fingers... use a pair of tweezers to handle them any time you touch them. So basically you've just knocked off or hacked the vapor/ scent pads! Keep the stored in the refrigerator AS IS until you're ready to use them. Again, to use, take them out with tweezers and place in the scent/ vapor compartment of your humidifier! Enjoy! Hope this helps you

Please do not add water directly into the base. If the humidifier does not work properly (e.g.: the red light is on, no mist coming out, etc.), most problems can be addressed by the follow steps:



1. Take the water tank off of the base.

2. Pour out all the water in the base.

3. Add at least 2 cups/480 ml water into the water tank. (Please do not add water into the base directly)

4. Place the tank back onto the base.

5. Turn the mist level dial to the desired setting.

Answer:	Yes, the humidifier needs to be refilled from the bottom. Also, to make it easier and quicker to fill the water tank, we design a large water tank opening.
Question:	Can I use normal water or I need to use distilled water
Answer:	Hi, distilled water is recommended by the FDA for use in humidifiers due to using tap water may cause white dust, scale problem etc. if your water is hard.

Answer:	The water capacity of a conventional humidifier is less than 2L, working less than 8 hours, and extremely troublesome to fill water each time. Answer:	A miracle is incorrect. There is a filter on the tank. Every filter needs to be cleaned or changed at some point

Question:	What is the difference between a top - fill humidifier and conventional humidifier
Answer:	Well, no, you still have to have something to carry water from the faucet to pour in, so there's really no effort saved. And you're just as likely to spill water while pouring it in as a conventional humidifier. Personally, I'd rather not have to have an extra container on hand - just carry the tank to the faucet, fill it and replace it.

Question:	Will this wet the floor or window? i bought the vicks one last year and woke up with water on my floor in my bedroom
Answer:	The unit is adjustable and we keep it on close to the lowest setting. I set it once to the highest setting once to get the air moist quickly before going to bed and forgot to turn it back down to the usual setting before falling asleep. In that instance, the floor was wet but it was completely due to user error. I strongly disagree with the comments made by the reviewer Crystal. I also have no problem with water spilling out of the base when filling the tank. The key there is just running it until it's empty.
Question:	Does it easy to clean
Answer:	Yes, it's super easy to clean. The opening is 9cm, you can directly clean it with wet towel inside.
Question:	Is the refill water located on the TOP of the unit or does it has to be taken apart from the bottom to refill
Answer:	It’s on the bottom but easy to remove and easy to reinstall. My 11 yr old does it without assistance.
Question:	Can you turn the night light off? I like to have my bedroom super dark when I sleep
Answer:	There is both a WHITE night light and BLUE tank side light which can be used as a night light. 1. Both can be on at the same time or just the WHITE night light or just the BLUE tank side light. If the humidifier is OFF, only the WHITE will come on by pushing the small button. If the humidifier is ON, push the small button for the WHITE light. Then, push and "HOLD" the small button again until the BLUE light is on. Once the blue light is on, the small button can be pushed (not held) to turn off or on the WHITE light if desired.
