Question:	How do you clean it? I tried just vacuuming and it did nothing to get rid of the dust build up
Answer:	Depends on what you're doing. You can connect this to your system but new drives will not be functional until you initialize them and create a partition under Disk Management. Your other option (what I did with this drive) is to disconnect your existing drive and then install this (while PC is off if that's not obvious). Then you have a blank drive in your system and can boot from an OS disc like Windows 10. A fresh Windows 10 installation will still recognize the drive and be able to initialize it properly as well as create the necessary partitions. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

Answer:	Reviews have suggested that the two drives are VERY close in performance (nearly within margin of error of tests). The WD Black gen3 devices were the first ones to actually challenge the 960 EVO NVMe drives for dominance of the high-performance consumer grade SSDs. You can't go wrong with either one, as far as I can tell, at least from reviews. They'll provide insignificant differences in speed/performance between the two. Therefore, you should purchase based on price and (if it's important to you) warranty. You can get a 2tb EVO drive but the Pro tops out at 1tb. The silicon is able to get more storage space for the real estate with TLC. On the other hand MLC is more reliable and more hearty than TLC which is why the Pro is using the MLC. Maybe you want to know about write endurance. One thing to keep in mind about write endurance is you will probably never come close to hitting it's limits unless you are using the drive all the time to save and load large files like a professional would. Also, the write endurance of the 1tb 970 Pro is double the write endurance of the 512gb 970 Pro. hardware review sites and done tests of the actual write cycle longevity of these drives and these drives last longer than what they're rated for. More than likely in your case, these drives will be long obsolete by the time they're half worn out. The write endurance of the 500gb 970 EVO is 300TB write cycles. Sequential R/W of the 970 EVO is 3400MB/s read and 2300MB/s write. I believe the 970 evo uses a Single Level Cell cache to boost write speeds. The write endurance of the 512gb 960 Pro is 400TB/wc. Sequential R/W of the 960 Pro is 3500MB/s read and 2100MB/s write The 970 series is more refined. Both use the updated Phoenix controller whereas the 960 series uses the Polaris controller. Both the 960 Pro and 970 EVO have a 5 year warranty. The older 960 EVO only has a 3 year warranty. Answer:	It's nearly impossible to get it open; don't waste your money on this. Ours has rattled from day one, and after only two months stopped working altogether.

Answer:	I don't know, but a regular fan does a better job at half the price and is quieter. Good luck.

Answer:	Yes the oscillation can be turned on and off also it has a ionizer that can be turned on or off also. 4 different fan speeds plus a timer for. . . . . . . . . . anywhere. from 30min to 24 hrs and it has a remote control but it has a direct line of sight so it must point exactly at the sensor to work with no obstruction

Answer:	Hi Liz,The fan is designed along the lines of the Dyson Badeless Fan which unfortunately makes it a little noisier......The fan has four speeds and i would not use it above speed two as you will definitely hear it running.....I wouldn't use it in a bedroom at night.....Found the remote very fiddly and the fan did not always respond.....One other not so good thing is our fan blew after only four weeks and for that reason I cannot recommend it....I Emailed the manfacturer some time ago and so far had NO REPLY.......Have replaced it with a Honeywell fan which isn't as pretty but it works well, has a dust filter. ionizer and is much quieter....I hope this helps in some way?.

Question:	Is this an air purifier, as well
Answer:	Yes, but at some point you will find the wire cleaning device will not be effective and this is how to stop very annoying but safe crackle noises. Unplug the device first, open blade swing out, look behind the swing out and position it to give you the most clearance (Did you unplug it yet?) What I use after many attempts with windex paper towels and many other less than effective cleaning methods I found to totally silence the dirty wire crackle use Clorox wipes. Something about those is tougher or slightly more abrasive than plain paper towels or even cotton rags. The wire is a potential game over if you break it so only use light vertical cleaning motions! If I clean it top to bottom 2-3 times this method works for me everytime. Typically I remove and clean the blades once a month and the wire only if it makes noise for more than a couple minutes as cleaning blades sometimes gets you a short amount of crackle. My ionizer is 3 years old now going strong! (The pull rod wire cleaner stopped being effective after the first year perhap due to wear or dirt buildup.) For smoke, smells, or dust reduction you want one of these.
