Answer:	I haven't measured it, but I would guess that the water line is about 8 feet long. I'm going to have to add a 10-foot hose to get the water to the fan. Also, the power cord is about 6 feet long, and I'll have to add an extension to get power to the fan. Overall, I'm very please with this fan. I live just north of San Antonio and I have this fan on my back deck. On low, the fan provides adequate cooling, even in 95-degree temperatures. When I had the water turned on, even on the low setting, the fan brought the temperatures to a very cool temperature.

Answer:	I know what you are going through with the inconsistent info. I went through a Hassle of 2 hours trying to figure it out myself with two different Amazon rep yesterday. The summary is that they are trying to correct it now, as of 6/7/18, but meantime you can select a different seller who offers truly a free shipping. I just bought one for $2.70 with free shipping. But even with the seller I bought from was a little tricky. There was approximately $28.00 shipping fee when I tried to purchase two of them, so I had to settle for just one which was truly a free shipping. I suppose we all must be very careful when checking out a payment transaction even with Amazon.

Answer:	This fan does not snap out nor does it stay extended well. Mine does not close smoothly either two of the ribs have to be individually closed. No sound can be associated to the opening of the fan. Still, it is pretty, functions well for moving the air around, and is sturdy.

Answer:	Hi Kaleigh - I doubt you will need a strap or clip, this misting fan won't last long enough to clip anywhere. Unfortunately they are pretty poor quality. I bought a number of them to cool HS band kids in a parade, most did not make it through the 1 mile route. Buy something better quality or get a cheap spray bottle from Walmart or Target without the fan. Good luck..

Question:	Does it small enough for my travel in this summer
Answer:	There is a little bottle that comes with the item that you can use to fill up the water holder. You can also just hold it under a faucet for a fraction of a second. You can see how much water is in the fan it because it is clear. The mister doesn't turn on until you hold down the button for a few seconds. You turn the mister off the same way. If you just want the fan on, don't turn on the mister. I have never used it long enough for the mister to run out, and I have had it on 10-15 minutes with the mister on. It does feel a little cooler with the mister, but it is a great little fan even without it. By the way, there is just one button. It turns the fan on and off, changes the speed, and starts and stops the mister. Additionally, there is a feature that lights up and changes colors, which is pretty, but not necessary. I recommend this product and am so happy I have it on these really hot days.
Question:	How do you charge this fan
Answer:	Hi,The LED light will change the 7 colors automatically once quick press power button twice, so you don't need to change the color manually.

Answer:	The way to turn the mister on and off is to hold the button in for about 3-4 seconds. If the fan is turned off but the mister is on, that would explain the water droplets. You can barely see the mist coming out, but it does cool down the air significantly when the fan is on. Now the fan not being able to turn on? Did you fully charge it? Othewise, I would suggest to contact the manufacturer Maybe they would replace it.
