Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	not easy but can be done. first unscrew the screw at bottom of back, then gently pry all the sides..I used a small flat head screw driver but a butter knife would work also. I was unable to totally remove all sides but could reach in and clean the fan along with the front and back screens. Reattach by gently pushing side back together. Love the power of the fan but the being able to clean easily I don't.

Question:	Can this fan be used outdoors in a not entirely waterproof lanai
Answer:	This fan is designed for indoor use. If you are using it outside, do not leave it outside when not in use.
Question:	Can you remove the grill so the blades can be cleaned
Answer:	I recently purchased this fan (May 2020) and cleaning the blades was very easy. The plastic plate that says “Holmes” twists off like a bottle cap. Underneath there is one screw. Unscrew it and the grill comes right off. Putting it back together is just as easy as taking it apart. It’s probably the easiest fan I’ve ever cleaned. I would love to order another one but they have not been in stock for months now.
Question:	Is there any way to turn off the volume of the control buttons that beep too loudly
Answer:	Since we use the fan on our enclosed front porch, the beeping doesn't bother us, but, unfortunately, I do not think there is any way to turn down the volume.
Question:	What's the difference in this model and the Holmes HAPF623R-UC model? I know this one is newer but what has changed? They both look the same and nothing is different in the details. Thanks
Answer:	This new model has cord storage in the back. That is the only difference between this fan and the previous model.
