I bought a number of them to cool HS band kids in a parade, most did not make it through the 1 mile route. Buy something better quality or get a cheap spray bottle from Walmart or Target without the fan. Good luck..

Answer:	Looks just like your picture. No blade guard but the blades are soft rubber and can't hurt unless you stick it in your eye or some other place. Like the lady did with her cell phone a few days ago.
