Answer:	The blade pictured is D0760A which has the different expansion slots and has “Wet Lumber” stamped on the blade. The description and the actual product is the D0760X. I’m not sure what all of the differences are however.

Answer:	Alex, I'm afraid not. You would wind up with some terrible vibrations. The only reason I have the 5/8" blade is it came with the new Makita saw I purchased. There's any number of 16 mm blades available online.

Answer:	This blade is ideal for crosscutting oak, pine, melamine, veneer plywood and delicate molding. It may work for ripping.
Question:	I need something quiet, will this wake up someone at night if turned on
Answer:	I've used this blade on Melamine covered particle board many times. I get great results by cutting a little slower than usual. "Ultra finish" means just that. When new, the blade is pretty close to ideal for this use. This D0760X is a great choice. The Freud LU79R007 may be slightly better, but it's over twice the price. The D0760X is a great fine finish blade, especially if you're not interested in starting a collection of blades. Even after months of various other uses, I still get a nice clean edge in Melamine, and you have to look with a magnifying glass to see any real chipout. It seems that Melamine almost always chips, it's just a matter of whether the chips are visible from six feet, one foot, with a magnifying glass, or with a microscope. Be sure to make a test cut first on scrap. If you get unacceptable chipout when using any circular saw, there are several good solutions:1. Slow down a little. I did force Melamine to chip with this blade by ramming it through. (I was cutting a bunch of scrap in a hurry to fit a garbage container one time.) Even then, the chipout was minimal. 2. Use a metal straightedge and score the cutline with a razor knife. It does not take much pressure at all; you're not precutting the Melamine, just encouraging it to break clean where you want it to. If you choose this method, you do have to be very precise with both your scores and cuts. I wouldn't try it without some sort of saw guide for the cut. 3. Use masking tape spanning the cutline. This seems to damp the vibrations in the brittle Melamine and again results in a cleaner edge. But it does change the friction on the shoe of your Skilsaw and depending on your tape, the glue might not come up cleanly every time. 4. stacking sacrificial wood above and/or below the Melamine surface to clamp it and then cutting through both works very well. 5. Replace or sharpen the blade. I don't bother to sharpen them because replacement is so cheap.But the real nice thing is that with a blade like this, you shouldn't have to take any extraordinary measures at all to get a really clean cut, even in Melamine.

Answer:	I think these work for most vehicle wheel wells, there is actually 12 different sizes that cover holes 6.3mm to 10mm. There are 20 pieces of each size/type. Pretty sure that this kit will have the sizes you are looking for, and for $12 that’s a hell of a lot better than buying from an auto parts store that will charge you $3-5 just for a 2 pack.

Answer:	The unit does not have a lot of vibration when running. We recommend a sturdy level surface be used when operating this unit.

Answer:	One of the photos says 1350cfm. That's 1000 more....
Question:	How is this model different from the 655704 model? They appear identical except that the 655704 has two outlets on it, but this one costs more
Answer:	Well, they aren't identical at all, the have different look. The st-310A has wider side intake grills, allowing the maximum amount of air flowing in and pushing it out of a bigger snout, which covers a longer area. But the Stanley 655704 feels more rugged and really heavy duty compared to the st-310A.

Answer:	Ours just has a foam insert.
Question:	do you have to use bags with it
Answer:	Bags are not mandatory to use. However, they are recommended.
Question:	do i need to remove the filter when I use this as a wet vac
Answer:	Remove dry pick up filters and leave the foam filter on. If the foam filter becomes saturated and creates a mist in the exhaust, the filter should be dried first or replaced by a dry foam filter before finishing the job.....according to the manual.

Question:	I have a Craftsman 125-16825 392012 5 gallon unit. Will this fit
Answer:	This question made me curious so I wasted some time doing some sleuthing into 12" blades (I did not look at other diameters, of which Freud has many) for plastics and non-ferrous metals. At the Freud tools website there is a new blade LU98R012 specified for laminates and NOT recommended for non-ferrous metals. There are three blades for non-ferrous metals (none are the red Diablo style): LU89M012, LU90M012, and LCL12108NFP, and none of the three are recommended for laminates. Freud tools doesn't currently list any blades starting with "D1296". So what is the story with the red Diablo blades: why aren't they listed on the Freud tools website? In any case I own two red diablo blades which at a glance look the same but are not: D1296N (the older one of the two) and a D1296L. I only have the original packaging for the D1296L. I have found the D1296N best for plastic and I don't use it on metal, and it's not clearly labeled for metal. The D1296L blade IS labeled for laminates and non-ferrous metal and I use it mainly for metal. I've had these blades for a few years and have had them sharpened multiple times. We used at least the older blade to cut a lot of Paperstone for windowsills. Talk about a material that dulls blades: Paperstone is really hard on blades. The resin is super hard. The D1296N and L blades do a great job on Paperstone, leaving a very smooth cut. Anyway, here is the summary from the actual blades I own: D1296N is best for laminates and plastic, but the blade itself does not say to use it on metal. D1296L is intended for use with laminates and non-ferrous metal, according to the packaging and the blade itself.

Answer:	I cut through 2 rooms of laminate flooring then some 1/2" plywood and 2X4 studs with no ill effects to the blade, I would purchase another one when this one dulls, it produces nice clean cuts.
