Answer:	Mine did. Though this fan is larger than the standard off the shelf box fan. You should look into their stand if you haven't done so. Also, the blades are different (skinnier) than the picture.

Question:	Will the use of your ozone generator cause any smoke alarms to activate or cause any damage to them
Answer:	I bought this unit, and I have smoke detectors and it did no harm too them. Great unit, it took the smell of cigarette smoke, from a place I owned that was horrible took 3 days at 12 hrs a day but it worked 100% well maybe 90% but it was worth not having too scrub the walls and ceilings and paint.
Question:	How effective is it to clean the air in a once vermin-infested attic
Answer:	Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Our OdorFree Machines are very effective at sanitizing spaces and eliminating micro-organisms. It’s important to note that Ozone can only travel the same paths as air flow, meaning that it is unable to penetrate sheet rock/dry wall. Make sure that all passage ways and areas you are wanting to treat are open and accessible to the ozone. As for Pests, they generally do not like concentrated O3 in their environment and will typically vacate the area. If they cannot leave but remain in a high level of ozone for an extended period, it will likely kill them. Although we do not market our product for bug/pests elimination, many customers have noted that most pests and bugs vacate areas where ozone machines are in use. Thanks! OdorFree
Question:	does unit treat whole house with doors open and window aircond. on low or do you have to treat each room sereratly
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. It is best to treat the home as a whole instead of room by room. All interior doors ways and passageways should be open so the ozone can easily migrate throughout the entire home. Having your window air conditioning unit on low is fine. The ideal temperature range for treatment should be between 65-75'F. The Villa 1000 is capable of treating up to 4,000 square feet / 40,000 cubic feet. Question:	I have read ozone can degrade rubber, window seals and be harmful to leather and electronics. After how many uses would this occur if at all
Answer:	The number of uses before problems occur cannot necessarily be predicted because of all the variables in play. What you said about rubber, leather, and electronics is true. Ozone (O3) will readily oxidize (think of corrosion) susceptible materials and can start the break down of certain molecular chemical bonds. Over time, this can include corroding certain metals such as brass or copper and the surface hardening of compounds such as petroleum based rubber. In most cases, occasional exposures to ozone will do no more damage to metals than being around the salt laden air of an ocean breeze, but it still causes added corrosion. Rubber products, depending on their chemical makeup, may over time start to harden similar to how a car’s windshield wiper blades will harden when exposed to direct sunlight over time. Multiple rubber treatment dressings and related products are available to help preserve rubber products from superficial deterioration. A word of caution here: Some petroleum based products continue their volatile properties (releasing gasses and vapors) long after being manufactured. These gasses and vapors usually react with ozone and this reaction and it’s outcome can vary between even identical products based on many factors. Ozone can cause the appearance of premature aging for leather, although so too can very dry air. Most leather can be fully protected from ozone by simply using whatever product(s) the manufacturer recommends for leather maintenance, such as Chamberlains Leather Milk. As a rule of thumb, most electronic devices should NOT be exposed to ozone because their internal components and conductors can be highly susceptible to ozone accelerated corrosion. In contrast, leather and certain rubber compounds can endure substantial repeated exposures to ozone given due care and material maintenance. When in doubt, remove electronics before introducing ozone into that area (which is why using an ozone generator inside a closed car is a BAD IDEA). Articles containing petroleum substances, such as that beautiful painting on the wall, should be removed unless it’s known that the amount and duration of elevated ozone concentration being used won’t hurt it. In most every case, even in a car, a single one time use of an ozone generator for under an hour should be acceptable.

Set the Output & Timer Dials

The Ozone Output dial is normally set in the "High" range. Set the Timer dial depending on the level of odors and the size of the space. See suggested treatment times in owner manual.

Hold position: For continuous treatment, turn Timer dial to the "Hold" position.

Vacate Area During Treatment

Vacate entire facility during treatment. Ozone is an oxidizer that breaks apart molecules, especially those that cause odors. However, people and pets are made of molecules as well. So overexposure to ozone could cause respiratory or eye irritation.
