Answer:	I had to call the company to figure out a few things like the charging light on the unit that doesn't work, you use the one light on the power cord to tell when its fully charged. Also to change the droplet adapters for different droplet sizes.

Answer:	the only time something can go wrong is if the nozzle is changed and the rubber ring is not properly re insert its an easy fix - just re align the rubber ring and you will not have any issues. the unit has the proper nozzle pre installed when its shipped and should really be changed - the nozzle that is pre installed is 10 um and is best for disinfecting . if the nozzle is not replaced the unit will never malfunction

Answer:	When I make ice, which is usually every other day, I put a quart of water in the reservoir twice. Which is probably six ice maker baskets if ice which I transfer to ziplock bags and place in the freezer. Works perfectly for the two of us.
Question:	Do you use the tubes and ball to clean the air
Answer:	You have water (or I use water and vinegar mixture) in it. Then, you push the clean button. It runs (for 10 minutes or so, I think), but does not make ice during this time. Then, you take it to your sink and pull the drain plug to release the cleaning water. I do the entire process one more time (with just water) to rinse the vinegar mixture out. This provides the machine with a basic clean. Keep in mind, however, that deeper cleanings may be necessary every once in awhile, because the 'clean' cycle only runs water where it would have run if it had been making ice. So, it doesn't splash around in there while cleaning like a dishwasher. I hope this answers your question.

Answer:	I only let my 5 yr old help me turn the top to start the ice shaving and drop ice cubes in the shoot. The blade turns on when the top is securely in place and you twist it it correctly. I also let my child scoop the shaved ice after I've unplugged the machine. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Hi! It is not recommended to use this device when you are in the house. When you leave, you can turn the generator on. The standard time to wait is 30 mins but, if you are concerned about specific groups like kids or elderly, they might be more inherently sensitive so you'd have to add a few mins more for them. Answer:	Hi Ben! Ozone Generators are not considered as a radiological device because it does not produce ionizing radiation, including, certain sealed radioactive sources. Ozone is generated by Corona Discharge (most common type) or Ultraviolet Light. Ozone generators deodorize, disinfect, kill or remove dangerous or irritating airborne particles in indoor environments. However, ozone is a toxic gas with very different properties to oxygen. Whether it is a pure form or mixed with other chemicals, ozone can be harmful to health. That's why we strongly recommend the use of ozone generators in unoccupied space with the right ozone output and time duration depending on the size of an area. I hope this information helps! Answer:	They only have a CE mark. They are well constructed. I first used one to eliminate a foul odor from a bank repossessed house. Took multiple cycles but it worked well.

Answer:	As for the question about ozone production, the oxygen concertration in the car is pretty enough for the treatment. Also, ozone is extremely reactive, which readily attaches itself to other molecules. When odors, bacteria or viruses meet ozone, oxidation reactions occur and both parties are destroyed. Ozone essentially reverts back to oxygen. Therefore, it's no need to place it outside the car to get more oxygen. We put it inside, close doors and windows, operate for 15-30 minutes per time, and once or twice a week. Yes, we run the ventilation system in the car while it's running. It can also disinfect the air conditioning system. Last but not least, remember to open doors and windows to make sure the remaining ozone is consumed thoroughly before you get back in the car.

Answer:	Hi there, Thanks for your question! Maintenance is super easy. 1. Take out and wash the pre-filter at the back whenever it gets stuck by dust. Put it back when it's dry and that's all done. 2. Keep the unit in a cool and dry space when it's in storage. 3. The ozone plate is meant to be used for years. Only change the plate when the blue light on it gets much weaker than before and you could smell the ozone is much less as well. Answer:	Too much ozone inhibits a plants ability to produce chlorophyll and high concentrations of ozone can suffocate a plant. If your grow room has exit air ventilation, attaching this to the outbound air would work better than in the grow room or space itself. I don't use this device for the same purpose as you, but ozone when used properly is a better sterilizer or air scrubber than even concentrated pool bleach. After retiring from Army aviation, I bought a home in a state with high humidity and black mold in A/C's plenum is a problem, I have a commercial ozone generator built into the A/C and this Cap ozone generator I use to sterilize my vehicle. I shuttle cancer patients as a volunteer, and keeping my vehicle germ free for them is life or death. So after a days driving, I use this . I also take big garbage bags and throw in my shoes or anything with a funk to it, and blow in ozone, turn the ozone off, and in 20-30 minutes the ozone reverts back to oxygen. Ozone can be highly beneficial if used properly. I also use this unit to clean my cats litter box and toys that get gross. I make sure the cats not in it first lol.

Answer:	I don't know where they are manufactured but they are not near as good as the original. I ended up buying another ozone generator because those bulbs were worthless.
